The S8 seems to win the most in this review and sometimes it feels like the review is pulling it's punches to be kind to Sony. The G6 is always either a close second or involved in a tie, hence it doesn't seem to feature much as an outright winner, which looks like a disadvantage when actually it is a pretty good all-rounder.
But in my eyes, all these 3 phones are superb. I hope their successor's won't ditch the 3.5 mm headphone jack (unlike some rivals, I'm looking at you HTC), keep the good stuff like innovative cameras, wonderful screens and hardware and also bring back FM Radio & IR blaster (and maybe the removable battery?!)
Three phones have many good atributes.
More pressure on Google. Great cam is not enough to be a star.
I really agree with GSMArena's conclusion statement. All 3 phones are very good and one should pick his preferation based on what he likes the most.Personally,I prefer the dual front facing speakers and Sony's close to stock android approach and their professional and attractive design.I am also quite happy they improved the camera.Haters and fanboys should stop fighting and whining who's the best because all of them are very good.Make your choice and have fun with your sexy device.
There is just wish sony would make real manual mode with all settings in without limitations, and ability to make a shot or record 4k/slo-mo without changing modes on screen or menu. Its like settings on the old camera.
LG G6 got a SD 821 chipset, therefore it can't be amongst the best this year.
What a coincidence...
XZ samples are better today .. How is that possible?
He even admits XZ has better tripod samples.
BTW ... Stamina will reduce benchmark scores.
My Z3+ scores almost 89K (stamina off) against 70K (stamina on)
Is gsmarena biased or simply samsung is the best mobile out there because samsung wins all mobiles comparisons
