Others not so... morethat's your opinion , I think SAMSUNG made good phone ,only bad thing is aspect ratio of the screen and as usual their software but they made some other small improvements... LG is asking to much for SD821 and midrange camera sensor and they also opted for crappy aspect ratio like samsung did but at least they finally improved the looks abandoning stupid modular design and removable battery... SONY stayed great as always , most complete package with all features that I need . Only one that is downgraded is HTC going from bad to worse , I'm really starting to hate them .
There is nothing bad in his way of buying phones , I would do the same , rather than going for midrange phone because even two year old flagships are better than most current midrange offerings .

Samsung downgraded, LG downgraded, Sony remains as bad as ever... Probably only HTC moved forwards. So next year they'd still be bad phones.

i want a sony ultra phone with 2k display, 4000mah battery and dust and waterproof body. please sony do it in 2017.

em using sony since era of sony ericsson , but em really disappointed now by this creation of sony they have to seriously think about battery life of their ultra phones, even my two year old c5 ultra have a batter battery life. i waited for xa ultra and then xa1 ultra but now wait is over and em going for s8plus. please sony do something in one month or you will loose a proud buyer of sony.

AnonD-633729, 04 Jun 201768hr endurance rating may be ok in 2012 but not in 2017 where most phones get upwards of 80hr.Yep but Sony phones are generally renowned for poor to moderate battery life. The low light studio pics aren't great either.
