It is more expensive than before but the good news is that the OnePlus 5 has some of the best possible specs and still offers bang for buck.
True it doesn't have a MicroSD card slot like it's predecessors but at least the headphone jack lives on (unlike the Xiaomi Mi 6, iPhone 7 & HTC U11)!
The camera performance isn't as good as what the specs suggest, but the phone is pretty good in almost every other way.

Good grief their camera software has taken a huge hit, it looks as bad as Sony shots, Oneplus 3T images were far sharper with less noise and far less eager on the ISO boosting. The battery life is splendid though. Damn, was about to pull the trigger but those camera shots are no bueno. Slightly disappointing. Oh well I'll see what Mi Mix 2 has to offer.

XtremE16, 21 Jun 2017Surprise, surprise - the OnePlus 5 cheats in benchmarks, just like those before it The co... moreMan, I don't care about benchmarks, I know they are worthless if you nitpick, I just know that a Snapdragon 835 with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM is more responsive, stable and maybe a bit faster than a 835 with 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM (for example what S8/S8+ have). (simple logic and almost stock skin)

TC, 21 Jun 2017Look at the image quality, in lower light condition, S8 still much better...Shameful for such a good smartphone from a decent company named OnePlus that uses a dual camera setup but fails to impress. I guess u will see some drop rates on their sales
