Anonymous, 06 Jul 2017Don't have to buy an expensive Apple device to do the same functions as android.I agree with you bro. Android has more functions than of apple devices. More customizable, awesome UI than apple, cheaper, more accessible system configuration, high end specs(if you have a flagship device) etc..

This article says there's no Portrait Mode on the S8 yet there's a Selective Focus mode that does the exact same thing. Granted I have a LG G6 but I just think it's silly that this article fails to notice that.

Jason Melling, 03 Jul 2017The OnePlus 5 does not belong here, it is most certainly NOT a flagship device as the S8 and 7... moreOh Really!!! You are following apple or samsung because of their names and nonsense reputations! If one plus 5 was made by sony and it price was around 1000 dollars then everybody will say: oh yeah its very good phone and it is an outstanding device!!! People don't have knowledge about phone and come here talking crap! Because they are using of their eyes and judge with their primitive brain!

Totally wrong comparison! and all points given to iphone 7 plus!!! It looks like an iphone fan carried out this nonsense comparison! Simply not true measurement and quality check for those three phones. One plus 5 is much superior than iphone 7 and samsung s8. ipnone7 is good for text and phone calls and not games or photography! Samsung s8 like its predecessors is lacking to get network signal and draining its storage after few months with unknown reason plus failing to perform true red colour in its display and photos....

                  OK GUYS:
Lets mention the most important things or the helpful things we need more in a phone.
                  1. Battery life (navigating) ---- iPhone 7 Plus wins
                  2. Screen Resolution ------------ S8 wins
                  3. Camera (Front and back) ---- S8 wins
                  4. Memory -------Depending but for the microSD, up to 256 GB of the S8 obviously wins
                  5. RAM ------------------------ OnePlus 5 wins
                  6. Price ------------------- Well. S8 wins

At the end you will buy the phone that is with perfect price for you!! Enjoy it :)

Because LG leads in things of OLED productions. Please, get your facts together and do a better research next time. Thanks.

Its really weird that these companies or indepent website reviews rate the phone batteries, any phones do well from the box stock android/ios. When u want to test the battery load the phone with plenty of apps, 4g, data on, wifi on, bluetooth on, highest brightness.
That is the actual battery test which we use.

I choose to go with android phones are better at the £280 range. Also Apple phones are no better at in sense off functionality. I don't need to use Icloud email to receive my emails. Apparently Samsung and any other device is non trusted device and Apple won't allow Icloud emails to android or Samsung.

The S8 has every feature you could possibly ask for but Samsung fails to optimize once again, RAM management is really poor.. as well as performance in the long run.

The Iphone 7 Plus is is a great all arounder but it's expensive as hell and is on a really limited OS. Not mention it's too big and heavy for it's own good.

The OnePlus is ovbiously the cheapest here and while it has it's downsides i still believe it's the best bang for buck out of the 3.. (That changes when you get special deals on the S8 or LG G6 though).

I currently own the OP5 and i chose it because of the top notch hardware that runs in harmony with the software. It's the fastest most consistent phone I've ever used. In terms of every day usage i haven't found anything this good in a while.
