1) You're right on that: you only get 1 year warranty
2) Free shipping and no import duties if you live in a EU country (due to their Priority Line shipping, they ship to one of their EU wharehouses before finally shipping to the buyer's country, no import duties at all)
3) "Possibly damaged"? If that happens, they have to send a replacement, doesn't matter if they want or not, because we've got PayPal protection - PayPal always give reason to the buyer when there's a dispute
4) Why are you talking like a paranoid schizophrenic? Or do you not believe in online transactions because you got so stuck in the past? That's one of the weirdest things I've read in a long time.
Anonymous, 27 Jul 2017So smuggled goods? No. I live in a EU country and now they send their products from the Chinese / TW wharehouses to the Spanish or English wharehouses and, only then, ship them to the buyer's country. If it's an EU country, there are no fees to pay, obviously. That's a smart way to tackle importing fees.

There is too much focus on the hardware, which is boring now, websites and brands focus too much on the devices, but the true innovation is waiting in the software side, i'm waiting for the true pen interface, and no ... Galaxy Note is not enough, but i'm sure no one will do anything risky in the software side too.
ParadiseF40, 27 Jul 2017Wrong. You can buy it on Gearbest for that ammount, without importing ou custom fees.No 2 years warranty 30$,country taxes cost 50$ for import, shipping 25$.Possibly damaged or sold by a 40 year old psychopath with a chainsaw who will know my address.
End of Samsung's EMPIRE &...
well' I must say, of reading the comments, views and expectations, I can conclude that everything has limits, we can't assume that all will be fair and you can't have everything in one specific phone or as we go on a saying "You can't have all the things that you want at one place at same time", Business is a competition, we can't just rant and rant that supposed to be, Samsung will need to this and LG will need to that and Apple should do this... etc etc... There are a lot of manufacturers and they don't have the same likes, ideas and opinions as well as the buyers. Technology is an innovation. Every year Manufacturers need to bring something new on the table to keep the business running as well as to stay on top. I believe there is a specific Phone for everyone. I guess, to avoid having disappointments of the phone that you will buy/purchase in the future, get a pen a paper, write down all the specifications of the phone that will fit your lifestyle, then, have a research, weigh the pro's and cons, and if you're contented enough, then go for it.
>> Everyone has differences guys, even twins have differences so to have a world peace, "RESPECT THE DIFFERENCES"
What's the name of that guy with the Blue/white aztec-designed shirt.? I think he's the one in charge in gsmarena's video reviews.? :O
While I agree with a little bit from Ivan, Prasad and sometimes other people, dude, Peter - if you're a smartphone reviewer and you actually consider dual cameras as a "good" trend, that's kind of outrageous. The very reason 2017 stopped the camera quality progression, allowed manufacturers to get lazy and mount tiny sensors, and you think it's a good thing? I hope the rest of the team are giving you a reality check over that now.
CommanderSyopao, 26 Jul 2017I am more interested of why Prasad is not here ? c:Hes the one taking picture :DDD
Victor, you are not alone. I too miss the lack of features in flagships, namely the Infrared Blaster, 3.5mm headphone jack, stereo speakers, FM Radio, removable battery with water resistance (think Galaxy S5).
And BTW Chip, even I don't mind 9mm thick phones with 5000 mAh batteries. Which makes it even more weird that you haven't reviewed the A9 Pro (2016) with 5000 mAh and 7.9 mm thickness.
And Prasad as usual: "Second half of the year is all about iPhone"
Enough Said! SMH......
Hey guys, love your website but I don´t think every body wants to read your talk , how about if you guys do a natural thing and that would be to post an audio podcast. NO no no need to thank me, you are welcome and keep up the good work !!!
AnonD-345931, 28 Jul 2017I agree with prasad. Dual camera is absolutely sh!t. People need cameras that are on par with ... moreActually telephoto is most useful feature, it began when nokia was still in stores years before. They went for 41mp, OIS and big aperture, but you wont get far with that if wide angle like xperia phones got or even superwide from lg is best and most natural. No matter how many mp it got, wont be enough. Also in stead of using super dense one, one with tele lens is better, it got bigger pixels, is cheaper to make, can use multiple ones and no photo-pixels are useless when zoomed-in. You also wouldn't make same thing with optical zoom. Want phone better than dslr? You got Pixel, u11, 950xl, v20... 4K recording, audio, portability is in most of them better. Well if for low light would be ultimate phone with three 8Mp separate rgb new sony cameras with that Big aperture and best latest processing (like from linx imaging). True, you can just wish.
Nokia is never going back to levels of appreciation (and market-share) it once enjoyed.
I agree with prasad. Dual camera is absolutely sh!t. People need cameras that are on par with DSLRs, not 2 mediocre ones. You know what's better than a telephoto lens? A lens with Optical zooming. We don't we fake blurs, give us f1.4 lens with real bokeh.
And AMOLED is the future. Only uneducated fanboys deny this.
120hz display is another thing that I'm looking forward to, especially on the Note series. Maybe make the next S-pen with the shading feature of the Apple pen?
I know this won't happen, but can we please get back the removable battery? We wanna use a phone for more than 2 years. Battery degradation will not be fixed any time soon.
Finally, I can't emphasis enough on this. SMARTPHONES NEED 3D TOUCH DISPLAY. It's like the right mouse button of PC. If implemented properly. It will change the very face of the smartphone industry.
I know manufactures won't read this. Heck, I doubt even 100 people will read this. But for what its worth, it won't hurt to just wish.
