If you want wired fast charging, you need to get a USB-C to lightning cable. Then you need a USB-C port to plug it in to (which is a more expensive and complex beast than most other USB type A ports supplying power).
If you've recently purchased a computer, I believe you use one of their USB-C ports to charge your phone.
The lightning port is an ambidextrous port and preceded the USB-C port. In fact, its existence may have inspired the USB-C port.
Now your last statement AFAICT violates the posting rules, and makes me think the only reason you're here is to troll.
I keep hearing the term sheep used to describe fans of Apple products.
Sheep are presumably called that because they mindlessly follow a pack and make mindless bleating noises.
The closest thing I hear to bleating comes from those who ignore objective tests and carefully weighed reviews, and relentlessly bleat their repetitive slogans.
P9 User, 30 Sep 2017i don't think this phone will sell like hotcakes, given the fact that the X is about to relea... moreMost processors can do the job for email or normal photography, but when you get to intense computational needs like real-time computational photography, gaming, video editing/transcoding, or AR (and Google's trying to get ARCore together for some unfathomable and I'm sure highly original reason) you'll need every erg of computational power you can muster.
This one pretty much narrows down peoples opinions about Apples new phones.
When Apple decides to stop stealing people and offer them a complete package I will consider buying from them.
They are already overpriced and they give you a garbage 1A power adapter? and force you to pay another $100 for fast charging adapter from them. and at least $50 Adapter if third party.
and what as well ? the stupid ugly lightning port and ignoring USB C port just to sell you HDMI cable for $100
get lost apple no one cares about your products but sheeps. true it is nice and the IOS is nice , but stealing my money like that is not acceptable at all.
MdN8, 30 Sep 2017Bravo! Same here, it's just annoying. If you want a picture of someone with an interesting sce... moreThe real question is... Can that bokeh be turned off? Or is it mandatory?
I dont want blurred bacgrounds all the time, in fact mostly I dont want them. That is what Background defocus is there for, as an option, an effect, not mandatory effect...
AnonD-524500, 30 Sep 2017Hmm Xperia daylight images are bestAnd low light images are bad because of no ois (but great on tripod)
Anonymous, 30 Sep 2017I do not understand why a few sites like PA give so much credits to bokeh. Whats the point o... moreIt give your pictures a professional look and seperate the subject from background and looks pleasing compared to boring white wall (seriously how will a white wall make your pictures look good)
Clearly daylight images of xz1 compact are better than both S8 and 8 plus look at the text on the van far right in samples and foilage
AnonD-66340, 30 Sep 2017Look at Samsung Benchmarks and then, see it lag and hang :D SHAME!look at how you construct you sentence, SHAME! :)
What a shitty upgrade on the battery front, when the iphone 6S Plus has better endurance. Why didn't they put in a 3100 or 3300 mAh in this one? It's baffling.
denadapast, 30 Sep 2017but smartphone of the year is...Samsung Galaxy Note 8They announced it before the launch of iPhone 8 in India :)
P9 User, 30 Sep 2017look at the xp1 performance on geekbench shame!Look at Samsung Benchmarks and then, see it lag and hang :D SHAME!
15 hrs of video playback? iPhone X's should be higher thanks to OLED.

Whats the point o... moreIm guessing youre not a photographer. Bokeh is the pleasing or aesthetic quality of out-of-focus blur in a photograph. Its not really about the background not being seen but more about the isolation of the subject wherever you are. Depending on what the photographer wants to achieve, its mostly used for artistic/creative purposes.
A white background wouldnt be that interesting, would it?
But hey... at least you have the option whether to use it or not.
In my opinion this artificial bokeh will never be as good as the real thing! but still its a nice Feature to have...
