That something I'd expect from fandroid but not a fellow iphone user.Just remember there is a reason, actually hundreds milions good reasons why Apple stick to 4.7" and even bring back 4".

Anonymous, 03 Oct 2017I really wonder everyone notice xperia bezel but not iphone..How ironic, not only this, and the repetitive design from 2014, at least Sony did some new touchs in 2016.

Rimoti, 03 Oct 2017Nothing about the iPhone 8 #splitgate yet? Only if the current 2 becomes hundreds like Samsung's S7, then yes.

Oathbreaker, 03 Oct 2017I believe Apple should have never had "s" models. Next year if the next iPhones look like the ... moreThe S naming was perfect. It was no disingenuous like the numeric naming of S family phones.

See S means "process", like upping the number means a new generation.

              So you had iphone (1), iPhone 3G (2nd gen), iPhone 3gs (still 2nd gen), iPhone 4 (3rd gen), iPhone 4s (still 3rd gen), iPhone 5 (4th gen), iPhone 5s (4th gen still), 6 (5th gen), 6s (5th Gen), 7 (6th Gen), 8 (6th gen still).

Iphone change gen every two years. One could say that since iphone 6 we're in the same gen actually. So 7 should had been named 6s 2016 and 8 6s - 2017 ... if we were to be frank.

It's actually iphone 7 that messed things up. It made minor changes yet upped the number. By comparison 6 had different size, design, aspect ratio and screen size , all major *external* differences. Same between iphone 5 and iphone 4, same between 4 and 3gs (diffent size, design, resolution in that case)

i think the poor quality of the lightning cable should also be mentioned as one of the biggest flaws of this phone. i hate how fragile it is

I believe Apple should have never had "s" models. Next year if the next iPhones look like the X, still call it XI. The iPhone 4 was the only named properly for the generation it was released. 4s messed up the order. We should be on iPhone 11 this year. Many cars look the same year after year but still are labeled the year they will get released.

Apple should either drop the numerics and just call it iPhone like they do to their Macs and iPads. Or call it XI since X gave them a fresh start at naming them. So by 2020, we would have iPhone XIII and it would mean that iPhone is 13-years old that year. Apple really screwed up the naming thanks to the s naming.

Web browsing and video playback is good but the calling time is poor. I think the speaker is consuming a lot of power considering that browsing time is good.
