Out of pure nostalgia I am commenting.
I had this phone imported from UK back in NY and loved it, hated it's lacking a cool MP3 player and it's no wifi or 3.5mm jack but loved the camera I captured soooo many great moments with its solid video camera!!

LG - Life's Good until you buy a KU990 then life’s garbage.
Worst mobile - no, worst phone - I have had the misadventure to use and that is over a period of 60 years :-
i) keypad accessibility limited,
ii) loses stored phone numbers
iii) interface with PC fails, entirely
iv) scroll feature for menu items clumsy and virtually inaccessible
v) short call ring, goes to memory bank too soon etc. etc
In short a valueless frustrating piece of lo-tech junk.

I've own this phone for a year and a half now, quite frankly i don't recommend anyone buying it. Sure the camera is impressive and works brilliantly, but when your not taking photos it is a nightmare to use. The touch pads sensitivity is so low texting is a pain in the backside, scrolling and going through menus is clumsy, and the phones capabilities to use micro SD cards are rubbish. I have a 1gb card in and i have taken quite a few photos + videos thus making the entire phone lag like hell.
To conclude, if you want a phone that takes good photos and calls you want this one. But if you want to text and browse through your photos easily, do not get this phone.

The message manager says that it is possible but when i connect the phone to my pc it onlu picks up email which i ahve not used. I dont understand why i cant use the programme to download my sms messages to dave to my pc.please help

i am a student of architecture..so sometimes it requires to take snaps of projects and buildings..i was planning to buy this mob and i liked its styles and functions( except the lack of wi-fi ) but now few comments added here are making me confused about the durability of the set.im really confused
