Google should release 3 phones next year: a Pixel 3 XL, a regular sized Pixel 3, and a Pixel 3 Compact/Mini (4.5" screen if it has big bezels like the regular Pixel, or 5" if it will have small bezels but with same specs as the regular sized Pixel). They can steal market share from Apple and other Android brands on the compact segment of the market.

Google & nearly every droid phone maker, being fully aware of the situation and being in total control, have decided that the most pure/clean/smooth Android experience is basically REMOVING all the features that made Android different/superior over the years.
Basically following Apple's formula of business!
Whose the copycat now huh??
But wait... theres more. The best part of it all, is how the android fanboys & google groupies here are defending this, badly made, overpriced hardware... just like how Apple fanboys did with their "inferior, overpriced" iPhones right? As you droidfans would say :D

Never thought I'd see the day Android becomes the new Apple.
These days, I can practically take any flame on Apple and replace it with Android and it'll actually be relevant LOL!

CM3, 01 Nov 2017iPhones have wireless charging now. Also, they've always had fantastic displays. Compared to other LCD Displays : yes.
Compared to AMOLED Displays : no.

I’m really sad where Google went with it’s Nexus, ehm, Pixel lines. They cut done on features yet hiked up the price. No Wireless charging anymore, no headphone jack, no stock Android, priced at over twice that than the latest also LG Nexus that had them all. I know it’s a very niche product, but I can’t help but be sad and look back to their good years of the past.
Additionally, I can’t believe the Dxo labs scored the camera so well. The sensor is a downgrade, which you can see by the noise and loss of detail on 100% preview. All of the niceness comes from the software, it’s generated, not captured. I’m not sure how I feel about that, as I would much rather simply have a better sensor. Shooting exclusively in HDR also sounds so wrong.

By the time GSMA's review had come, all sorts of issues plagued Google's latest and greatest flagships. They already had supply issues with last years Pixels and it got extra issues in Pixel 2's to deal with. Eager to see how Google does the damage control.

They have every right to price their products accordingly to get profits for the company's present and future costs. No body sells any product at its manufacturing costs. That's same with OnePlus also. You can see where it started with OP1 and where it is now with OP5 or upcoming 5T. But at the end of the day, Samsung and Apple never put a restriction that everyone should buy their products only if one wants to have a smartphone, right? It's your money, your wish. You want and capable to buy a flagship, then buy it. If not there are options for every price range. Or you can wait for 6 months or till the said flagship's price falls. If you have a tendency to buy latest and greatest the moment it arrives, you are the one at loss.

Are there any comparison between Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL display color? They both want to provide accurate color, but one is using Samsung AMOLED and the other is using LG pOLED, so are they showing the same color? If not, which one more accuracy? Does this mean one of them make Google Hardware's disappointed?

Only thing wrong with this phone is no expandable storage, headphone jack and more color options! I figure it's LGs strategy to get people to buy the V30 but really expandable storage is the only thing killing it for me!
