ZloiYuri, 20 Nov 2017Better took Samsung Galaxy S8.Sorry but with what happened to Note 7, I don't trust them anymore
AnonD-335994, 21 Nov 2017Launch in November 2017 but still come with Android 7.1.1. Sigh!Boss OnePlus is very fast in getting updates. Nothing to worry about Oreo.

Does this has any wired hdmi out? I don't see it mention anywhere.
why oneplus today? u dont even get latest android anymore, wasnt that the main thing for oneplus and the lower price then competitors? today i dont see why anyone want buy oneplus when we have huawei or samsung much better choices.. and still no sdcard slot.. come one onplus this is a joke now.....
Thanks God I haven't waited for OP5 & purchased Mi Mix 2 last Month.
@Pramod - No i dont think the camera will improve by much , at the most you will get 10% - 15% more improvement over 5 camera ( You OP3 had OIS , this one does not have that hence even the 16MP Quality has degraded ) Right when the phone was launched the first thing i commented here was camera will be good ( No way Flagship ) - i took a swipe at DxoMark for OP5 results , the OP5t night shot feel like its shot on a single cam. module , heck even Pixel 2 betters OP5t despite one camera that to with smaller sensor compared to Pixel 1. Even s8 , s7 is better in night shots , the issue is also with the 20MP sensor , at 1 microns its pixel size is very small to produce good results even with 4 pixels (5MP) at night. They should have used at least 2 x IMX 398 ( 16MP) instead of that 20MP , with 16MP setup.
Right now , its proved beyond doubt Oppo is Owner of OnePlus or at least Oppo has lot of say in OnePlus design / camera.
I would happily buy this phone if it had a better camera combination. I really like what LG and Huawei been doing in the camera department. Oh well, let's hope that OnePlus will do better next year. This year hasn't been great for them.
i have the oneplus 5. After seeing that GSMarena mentionned it heats up when running a couple of benchmarks, the cpu throttles down. The battery life is significantly reduced, because of the bigger screen, we're seeing here a 1Hour decrease overall, in every test.
The soundspeaker db strenght is also reduced.
That's why i was hoping for at least a 3400-3500mah battery with that screen. I was scared of the thermal issues the phone would have and i was right. There's thermal throttling because of the poor space management
Anonymous, 20 Nov 2017That depends.
Do you want a headphone jack? Do you prefer the 18:9 or 16:9 aspect ratio? Do... moreAnd do you want it to work on Verizon?
You'd think band 13 would be the norm by now, but it somehow still isn't.
AnonD-717184, 20 Nov 2017Looking to get a new phone, I play games on my phone (mostly Dynasty Warriors Unleashed) and t... moreOnePlus every time .
Reasons : Better battery life (According to most reviews Razer has horrific SoT - not that good for games when you phone dies on you is it ?)
AMOLED screen that has decent brightness and great sunlight legibility . Razer screen might be smooth but it won't look as nice as an AMOLED .
The alert slider isn't a plus when it means that I can't schedule do not disturb mode automatically. OnePlus even removed the code to schedule it! Some have scheduled it using Tasker, but why should I have to do that?
