Its funny that Sony has to actually rename it to Portrait so revs would actually recognize it as present.

For example I love my Z5's design and I don't like s8's roundness. It's a personal thing to like something or not. Sony is unique and doesn't follow trends, deal with it.
It's Sony, not some low smartphone company that just started making phones.

A shame that the OIS is put in the not-so-useful front camera. It would have been more appreciated if the OIS were in the rear camera.

I hate Samsung designs, does that give me the right to say that their mobiles are rubbish and will fail just because I don't like their designs ?
People who say that this mobile will fail because they don't like the design lack any logic. You hate the design so much ? well guess what, there are people who love the design , and I am one of them. I just can't imagine myself having any phone other than Sony. Their design is flawless to me.
Sony quality is unbelievable, I never had any issue with any Sony phone, I never used their warranties in my life.

S8 User, 10 Jan 2018The only thing "ultra" about their phones is their ultra lack of design, and features.The only thing great about your S8 is it's lack of stereo speakers, 4k display, updates support etc.
But hey, last time I checked Sony phones weren't exploding either :)

Anonymous, 10 Jan 2018That statement of yours only reminds me of one carrier....Big Red....remember Z4v?Yes... The cdma version of Z3+ got cancelled. It was going to have QHD, 3000mAh, wireless charging like Samsung phones and FPS.
But in july 2015 Apple try ro register power button as FPS. Then in 2017 they got the rights.

[deleted post]Honestly I don't find any difference with a basher and a fan. A fan cannot digest any fake complain of its fav brand and a hater can't accept any good thing about a brand.
Btw I used Sony,samsung etc but never experienced apple a good thing is alwys welcome to me and I find these new Sony devices very interesting
