It's almost a one sided view, it must be to maximize the usage of the camera's. Nokia 8 has a AF front camera of which you can have the focus on dark areas.

Sadly manufacturers seem to believe the consumer will prefer mediocre cameras over anything that resembles the thickness of old phones. I'll be carrying my dedicated camera mostly anywhere until they realise everyday photography is more than just a tiny market "niche".

Iphone does not even record stereo but is listed. Also bad stabilization.
Sony flagships have Active Intelligent Steady Shot on front can, record stereo and better WB is off list.

Yup, Xperias have 5axis stabilisation on selfie cameras and didnt even make it to your list.

I can see that Nokia 8 has the best details due to that 4k resolution. Some additions like a Sony phone or the essential phone(not really, but it 4k recording too) would have been nice.

You guys forgot something very important.
Stabilization.
Even my old Z3+ does better than all these. Front cam has steady shot just like rear cam.
XZ Premium and U11 are better than all these phones for video.
Mainly quality of audio and stabilization.
