Once you reach the flagship price phones, camera quality is almost the same, and finding the differences in pictures is almost being nitpicky. The average user won't give a f#$k anyway whether their phones scored 100 or 98 in DxOmark and such as long as their photos and video have good enough quality to post in social media like Instagram and Facebook. These scores are pretty much just for bragging rights and marketing purposes. The average user probably won't notice the difference if they're not nitpicking.
s9 low light pics look like water paintings. Samsung should include an option for level of noise reduction.
both is nice - but ios got smoother interface on the other hand s9+ got lag while openning the camera(I guess these lags are inherited in Samsung's version of android).
S9+ overall better. Apple still limited and clearly inferior camera
Loved this comparaison
Far better camera on s9+ , low light pictures and video on samsung are far better ,slow mo video is great ,beautiful design ,no need to compare ,s9 is clear winner
Both Galaxy S9+ & iPX are very good and the camera is very capable.. But I still think HTC U11+ camera is great too, superb in every aspect.. Just my opinion..

If you only upload photos to instagram or facebook or twitter, smartphones are enough.
Why not include Huawei mate 10 (pro), and maybe pixel 2?

Yes, you are correct, gsmarena just don't wanna make it too one sided, that's all.
Both daylight and dark-time, there's no saving-a$$ quality for iPh X at all. S9+ ftw, and a clear win!
In videos, S9+ still wins easily and clearly, as video stabilization is better and sound is recording in stereo mode. But gsmarena was lenient. For those, who are crying about being an iph an old gen, b*tch pls, just 6 month old only and even Note 8 can beat iph X so yeah!
Except for portrait, it might be a tie.
The iPhone X photos looks real and more lively, while the Galaxy S9 is oversaturated.....if we need oversaturated photos we'll use editors.....R.I.P SAMSUNG
S9 = calm and matured, well composed.
iPX = showoff and amateur, or even lesser than some chinese brands.
Samsung is on the top!!!
I just wish the same camera specs were available for the S9. The + is just a tad too large. But I like the specs of the +. I guess ill hold onto my S8 until next year, and see what 2019 brings. Hopefully a bit lighter weight phones.

People just want to justify the boring colors of the iphone. But hey thats your choice.
