Last time got asked in sosmed they only tell us "Just wait" without any confirmation. well, we can't ask too much for the price and better flash NOS / LOS / Remix anyway

older version (unsold?) SD660 + downclock = SD636 (with Adreno 512 info harcoded?). newer version called SD660AI with built in HVX. newer version SD636 info got updated into "Adreno 509". none of SD636s have HVX
do note Altho both have same performance, SD636 Adreno 512 version will allow you to setting higher detail ie in PUBG and probably easier to OC (still darn hard tho, as expected qualcoomn). while Adreno 509 version will be more power efficient because matured technology.

Dont forget Asus promised to update this phone to android P and android Q. Im sure the camera and fingerprint sensor will be faster and better by then. Out of the box it already receiving a few updates. The fingerprint sensor did actually get a bit better now.
I buy Asus Zenfone Max Pro (M1) ZB602KL from flash sale lazada.co.id but when i check in aida64 i got adreno 512 is this bug or something?

Also, there are 2 version for indonesian market, and one of them doesn't have hardware gyro, only emulated one. Price diff vs rn5 about 15 bucks. Unlocking bootloader void waranties. It has much better avaibility tho While rn5 will never on stock probably until next 3 months. (i have nokia phone, laptop asus, and xiaomi powerbank atm)

Ascorth, 11 May 2018Dear fanboy,. You never use MIUI, so stop your stupid opinion, For me MIUI is advantage, ... moreThen what purpose U doing here ? Just to glorified Xiaomi and its skin UI ? I too use Xiaomi phone, the MIUI is fantastics but the updates always come with bugs and the bugs ruins the potential of the Xiaomi phone. This Zenfone offer near stock Android experiences at the affordable price. Yes this phone came in half baked before but never heard any bugs in the updated like MIUI updated. What I know updated for this phone perfected the phone. I will buy this phone and if feels stock android is boring then I will install android launchers. There are a lot of launchers in Play Store even MIUI launcher also availables. If the launchers troublesome it can be uninstall easily not like skin UI it will permenantly stay on the phone.
Looking forward to a full battery report on this compared to a Lenovo p2 and a mi max 2 if it can beat them it will be interesting.
The 40% price difference (36 to be precise) is between 32 GB of Asus and 64 GB of rn5
64 GB Versions are 15% expensive
A reminder for all. This phone is 40% cheaper than Redmi Note 5 Pro. Stop nitpicking on the camera, charging time and lack of usb c. That ALMOST stock android is a bonus for smooth performance. Both this zenfone and xiaomi dont have nfc anyway. At least this zenfone offer dedicated dual sim slot.
I love the phone when it comes the battery capacity is 5000 mAh.
That's great! you know iloveit!
Vid448 , 11 May 2018You sure about it, I have heard the opposite bro. I am using this phone since last 4 days and only using my turbo charger, so I told you the results.
"greater than the sum of its parts."
Are you seriously taking a jab at HTC with this? Perhaps you could still their tag for the 5z, but this is no Zenfone flagship and certainly not competitive with the next-generation of U (or whatever letter they decide to try).
Anonymous, 11 May 2018Not even a mention that this phone doesn't support 5GHz WiFi?thats not a major issue
