Since the last update to android 10 he phone is useless. It simply can't handle this update and so is sluggish, freezes and is pretty much unresponsive.

I'm a long time Nokia fan, my last Nokia was the mighty N8, kept it for 6 years. A great camera with a Xenon flash, Incredible sound with a fantastic microphone.
Since then even with HMDs attempt at revival they have not embodied the original Nokia credo for making sensible mobile phone but have totally given in to marketing pressures instead of forging their own path. My current phone is a Nokia 5.1 and I'm sorry to say it's rubbish. The fine sand blast and anodised aluminium case is extremely slippery to hold, I had to get a cover making the phone thicker. The glass is curved near the edges, so screen protectors don't lie flat. Although the phone has a sizeable "chin" the microphone faces downwardly making you voice hard to hear unless holding the phone flat against your face, very uncomfortable. The phone since the Android 10 update has been dog slow and I close all background apps, to the point that the camera can take a minute (no joke) to be ready. Android one is in my opinion a disaster, no optimizations, no features, no one to blame for it not working. All these complaints point to the fact that Nokia (HMD) is now all about form over function. And all Tech support has to say - " Have you reset to factory defaults ! ! "
No more Nokia for me, until they get their act together.

I can't download some of the apps bcoz it is not compatible with this device...this made me upset😐...and also bcoz of this device there are some insta features that is not available after having latest version app...i just wanted to fix this prblm with blue effect camera

I use Nokia 2.1. Actually am disappointed that its has just 8gb rom, it would have better for it to be 16gb at least. But its okay. They should have put a flash for the front Camera. But I hive 65%. Am loving the dual speaker at the front. The battery is just awesome, last for like 2days and when browsing the network is so fast.

This phone is crap. I fuking love Nokia but I can't even hold this in my hand without It registering like I pressed something else I can't even watch a f****** YouTube video. I can't even pass my hand over it without it registering that i have touched everything. not to mention the slow reloading time and startup time I can't open an app without waiting for a minute. This is a new phone I have nothing on it why the f*** is it so slow
