It still beats many phones in 2021
I have been using this phone Since 6th January 2019 and this phone still rocks.
These are the list of Cool Features that are not found in most of the phones today.
Highest Main Camera Aperture f/1.6 (Very Good for lowlight photography with Gcam mod)
Brightest Display 1000 nits (peak brightness on boost mode) - Very clear screen on direct sunlight. (World's brightest smartphone display when it was launched in May 2018)
2K MLCP+ Display which also has 564 ppi density .. (you wont find many phones more than 500+ ppi density even in 2021)
Only phone at this price with MILSTD-810G Certified Drop and weather protection.
Far-Field communication - Powerful Microphone
Loudest speaker 78.3 dB
IP68 Water Resistance
Hi-Fi Quad DAC Audio Support (with Poweramp's Bass extreme mode, it is next level audio experience)

It's 3years and more now and still not a single demerit I noticed till now , am using it very heavily my storage is almost full 125/128GB , then also performance is perfect ... First phone with no complaints even after 3 years of using. ☺️

Wow! What an experience of this device. It is been 2.5 years and nothing changed in terms of performance and other outputs. I am using this mobile for everything like play heavy games, listening music at 100% volume with quad DAC and DTX on paired with ATH M50x and sony high res wired set. Not even a single percent changed. Performance is just like new. Battery is a little down side from the beginning but fast charging and wireless charging support didn't let it down. I shoot 4k and sometimes under water also. Listing music in rain is different level of happiness.
Through that time, i went many stores and even now to see what else is in market but trust me none is able to provide full package. And now mobiles prices are like white elephant and non-flagship/ base variant mobiles are not worth of upgrade. Most of them are FHD display, no headphones jack, no high quality sound, built is also not like this mobile. I am very much happy with is mobile. Let's see if anything comes up which at least give full package like this. I always prefer a Non-Chinese mobile as security point of view.

how do I get help with a problem an this phone It is threatening me to wipe out the entire phone if I put in one more incorrect.
It is looking for the code to unlock but I have never used an unlock code and don't really know how to do that. Unfortunately I only have one more try before I lose all the information on my phone. Can anyone help or get me a number that I can call for help ?

I am using LG G7 + for 1.5 Years, and so far it has exceeded my expectation.
I liked the Durability, sound quality ,awesome screen, butter soot touch, auto dimming, superb Haptic feedback, and IP68 ( Many time I have used mild soap and water to clean my phone since the lock-down started ) .
and my phone have fell down many time on the hard surface , and only protection is the silicon cover , and there is not issue so far (no dent or scratches).
Also, I using my phone Mobile hotspot every day for > 12-14 Hrs from last 10 months . and there is no issue so far
also, I have not seen any screen burn issue so far ,
Battery is on the weaker side, but enough to handle the full day, if GPS is off and not much screen time .
4G is super fast.
and did I mention the handy form factor and 1 hand operations.

I have been trying for 2 days to solve the problem of connecting a USB 3.0 OTG adapter to my Lg G7 Thinq, to transfer my photos and videos thumb drive to my cell phone. Even when I called Lg Usa I learned how to develop and was asked to debug USB, but because of the English I didn't understand anything. In short the icon appears at the top, but when I have to choose File Transfer it disappears and if I go to File Manager it only appears internal and sd files. Does OTG files not appear ??? Please, I need some help because I have videos and photos and I'm without a computer with just my Scan Disk with 26 GB of files !!!!

Best phone I have ever used so far. The screen brightness and type is what brought me to this phone. Cameras are also very good for it's year. Snappy, nice and with a non-overly aggressive skin. Recently it got the latest android (10). Nothing to complain about.

G7 is a beast.

Notorious for screen burn, poor battery life that will need replacement quicker than any phone on the market. Plus slow if ever received updates. Same spec Mi 8 blows this out of the water for the same money 2nd hand. Mi 8 has larger battery, no IP rating, constant updates with the latest big overhaul due anytime this month (MIUI 12 on Android 10, noting its already on Android 10 with MIUI 11), great cameras, quicker fingerprint sensor, easier to replace battery, lower resolution so performs better in gaming, but still full HD.
If you buy LG you will regret it. The lack of updates will frustrate you. Battery life and constant charging will annoy you. Known for poor phone and WiFi signal.. I wish LG would put more money into the phone sector, cos if they fixed a few things this phone would be epic. The DAC is awesome. But the other things make this phone a no go.

I bought the G7 as soon as it was available in my country. Best investment I've made so far. Excellent screen, excellent camera and superior audio quality. If you're getting one for a reduced price, just go for it.
