And this time around there was just that many people calling them all out

Like 1/3" cannot do better than 1/2.3" on new tech. You may not like processing, but output is way different. Its like real output vs. one with AI or tweaked colors. Well most of people go for AI shots, but thats not me.

Anyone that's been using Sony for years knows their processing and lenses were not the best compared to competitors in certain situations across some generations (mainly 2014~2017). "Intelligent" and "Quality" do not mean the same thing. However, the point I'm making is that the concept is not new. 2012~2013, their cameras were superior to many other flagships, and in 2018, they're once again doing better than a lot of the competition. You can observe this yourself in reviews and benchmarks. Or, even better, if you can in your area, just try out the XZ3 when it's available to see for yourself. That never hurts.

So what u said "inteligent" is actually just a marketing name to fool sonyfans.

And yes deny it all you want but it makes a difference.
And if the 13mp camera was so much better then how come it hasn't been s9 far in comparisons with any previous xperia.
And quite frankly the front camera sucks on almost any phone. And it should be great on a lot more of them for their cost

Sony has had "AI" features on their phone's cameras for the past 6 years, thanks to "Intelligent Auto", the default shooting mode, which can automatically recognize various scenes and adjust parameters accordingly. Many phone makers only recently started mimicking this, and calling it "AI".

Hey sony! Your xz3's design is very familiar but try to be original and characters, or are you out of imagine for yourself ?!
AI? Samsung has already used it for many years now. LOL. Sony's marketing people always create a d*mb-marketing-names like "Ai side blabla" but in reality those features have already been used by the competitors first.

Xz3 is a clone of galaxy too.Your beloved Samsung doesn't provide a Motions-eye camera sensor to do Predictive Capture and the AI assist camera smart launch only can done by XZ3, it doesn't found on your beloved Samsung and more the Note 9 front camera is only 8MP this is not the size for super flapship especially for that wireless Spen capturing feature and the more distance the mediocre on details when you capture by using the Spen far away from the Note9 due to the 8MP has limited size of image. On the other hand XZ3 have 13MP front camera and the selfie features are enhanced by their famous selfie Ultra series which is very impressive! It much like a flapship to be and more the AI Side Sense is intelligence, Samsung Note 9 doesn't assist by AI because it doesn't learning the user behaviour and that is one of the development factor on android Pie.
