Geric.770, 11 Sep 2018You will get more features and updates than Xiaomi's very own MIUI.I don't disagree that op6 has its advantages over the poco but its in a different price bracket. Its like comparing the op6 to something like the LG g7 which has a better screen, better cameras, better audio dac etc but costs more.

USB C is not faster data, it is USB 3 and then there's couple type but most common is type B and C, type C allow you to plug without looking or probing.

OnePlus' very own technology is also great since it only uses dedicated circuitry in the charger itself for heat management and dissipation, which is why you can only get Dash Charge speeds with OnePlus-branded wall and car chargers — such as the one that's included in the OnePlus 6's box.

That's one of the reasons why my Galaxy S3 before can't charge anymore. (Yes, you can charge the battery separately but it's rare to see people selling removable battery these days)
Also, USB C is the future!

OnePlus 6, with the Dash Charge (forgot its new name), charges via USB C port and not micro USB

However why so much hate for micro USB especially if there is fast charging? Genuinely asking cause I just got a type c phone and I don't really see what the fuss is. I mean the reversable port is nice and all but i never faced any problems with micro USB.

BrendonF, 09 Sep 2018P20 lite has a crappy processor. I would never suggest the p20 lite over this phone. It's my opinion. :D
Or, I'll wait for the next Nova series to part with new processor and USB C.
But I'll never ever recommend this phone on current Vivo, Oppo's very own F5, and even F7 users to just have fast charging. microUSB sucks these days.
