Ya'll should just switch to Huawei. Samsung and Apple are cool if ya'll want to impress but really they havent innovated shit in years. they sell the same phone in a ''different style'' and you still buy it... no offense but thats stupid.

Though not as innovative as as its predecessor, IPhone XS is still a very powerful and elegant phone IMO (much more beautiful then IPhone XR), though a little bit pricey.

I like this phone. It has pretty decent RF performance, I use it in a Seattle house in a full basement with no windows.
No transmission or reception issues.

"Bokeh is lifted from most expensive DSLR cameras"... really?!?
That could be the newest marketing-nonsense low. At least for people whoa re really interested in photography.
On large sensor cameras, bokeh happens naturally, as a result of camera's aperture and characteristics of light itself. It is bullet-proof. No scene complexity and light condition can fool it. On small sensor phone cameras, it is software generated (with a help of dedicated hardware) and - as decent as it may look, with some luck - it is still reasonably easy to trick. Even with Nokia 9 with that 1000-something levels ToF sensor.
Otherwise, nice phone. Sadly, insanely overpriced.

hammdon, 13 Nov 2018I can still sell my S8 for about 400-500 and i8 and lower (used) sell for about 300-400 and ev... moreIf it was true i sell you a truckload of S8 for 450 and buy a truckload of iphone 8 for 350 from you, we would both earn serious money. But sadly its nowhere near reality, ip8 is priced well above S8. One do occasionally see S8 advertised st high pruce but no sales, while an iphone 8 at 450 is sold faster than you can read the ad, at 400 they are usually damaged in some way, like hairline cracks. But sure says a lot when ip8 with hairline cracks sell for more than S8 in good condition.
