Dan, 05 Oct 2018Yes the 7 Plus is a much superior phone.This is a successor of nokia 7 not 7 plus which has sd 630 so the successor having sd 636 would be an improvement. Besides, nokia is forcing you to buy the phone.

A larger pixel size looks promising. Will wait for the detailed review and samples.

Nice looking phone for sure. It is so close to the, Nokia X6 (6.1 Plus). Same chip set. So it's probably their global version of it. Could have given it a bump up chip from that. But it is good. I hope one-day manufacturers will do some non glass backs or just partial as all smooth glass backs look greasy quickly.

Most people has compared it with 7 plus and X6, because it is available in their markets, whereas 7 was mostly a china specific phone. You simply didn't got the point.

So this is basically a downgraded Nokia 7 plus and almost rebranded/slightly upgraded Nokia X6 at a higher price? No thanks, if I need an SD636, I will go for Nokia X6 or even Xiaomi Redmi Note 6.
That is one huge chin btw.
