Redmi note 6 pro does it better. Especially display, it's just gorgeous and punchy. Images comes alive. And it's camera is also better than Zenfone

I own the device and I can assure you that it supports fast charging (supports Quick Charge 3.0). You just have to buy a charger or a powerbank that also supports fast charging

OpenCamera doesn't record 4K videos on Note 6/MIUI10. You can select it on the app settings but the resulting video is 1080p. Checked it for myself. Any other option?
