How did this pass Samsungs quality control, did nobody notice there's a huge hole in the screen? I hope they will fix this issue before it goes on sale

Ehsan, 21 Feb 2019I am wondering how much you have been paid by Samsung to defend them and also say it is attrac... moreahaha calling me a fan boy,,, i'm an iphone xs user . I had ipohne 5, 6s, 7 and now xs, so i'm faaaar from a fan boy. but i'm probably switching to a different brand if apple doesn't change anything this year,... i don't know which phone do you use but Face ID it's quite annoying, always looking at your screen and swiping up, I hate that.... In what direction is samsung going? the pricing is the same as the last year note 9 and it's better in every single way(just without spen) .... i mean for a flagship phone 899 $ is quite good, the huawei mate20 was also 899$ ... in europe if you take it with carrier contract (24 months) it will probably be even 150€ cheaper than without contract, so that for me is good pricing. of course companies must make profit, they will always charge you more than it's worth.

1- Fast charged phones are mostly certified by tuv rehiland, so it should be pretty ok with everything. So no cheap talk here.
2- As for finger print it is a 1/50000 failure rate compare to 1/1000000 of apple Face ID. Moreover, "it does work, but not quite up to the standard of conventional sensors. The enrollment process is pretty lengthy, which would be okay if it would work reliably after that, but it's more of a 50/50 success rate". So no cheap talk here fan boy.
3- The fact that apple is expensive doesn't justify why Samsung should be. They are both heading toward a wrong direction and that's why they are losing the market share to Chinese brands.
4- Display is the best, but I said do you see any innovation?! NO, it is improvement.
Finally, talking about something being expensive doesn't mean that you can afford it, it shows you understand that you not cheated. Be my guest if you are so fool to be cheated fan boy:)

Unattractive design? wich phone in your opinion is attractive? Better display? It is THE best display in the industry! Ultrasonic FP is useless? hah, wich unlocking method is better than this? (let me tell you it doesn't exist)... and now pricing, Samsung is competing with Apple. Samsung S10+(512gb) US price is 1249,99$ on the other hand Apple iPhone xs max (512gb) is 1449,00$ .. so again what in your opinion is wrong with the price (Samsung better display, 1 more camera, ultrasonic FP, more ram, etc.).... facts, facts, facts,....... it hurts when you can't afford it :)

Looks great.. But the prices in EU OMG !. 1150 Euro for a S10 plus.. Insane. That makes the 500 !! Euro for excellent Xiaomi MI 9 a real bargin..

It is a pretty good phone. It has a lot of pluses which are totally negated by one big minus. One big double minus(s10+) punch hole. Sory but after 8 years of using only Samsung phones I will switch to other company. No notch not hole. It is not for me.

Got it for free on local telco offer here, $37 per month for 100gb data per month & free calls on 24 month contract. Gonna use it for 2 years for sure.
What i mean is there is no groundbreaking feature / updates that makes the S10 standout. Its good, but nothing new. All are already have on existing phones.
