QuickCharge 2.0 ??? haha. no fast charging = no buy ! go learn from Chinese brands.
Gsmarena can explain me how the brghtiness works in Samsung Galaxy since S9 plus with lower brghtiness than note 9, S10 and S10 Plus has better sun elgbiltiy?!.
i chose a Xiaomi Mi9 over Galaxy S10 cause i dont feel Samsung put something new in the table, only the average upgrade of every year
Trebla, 06 Mar 2019Samsung is known for his laggy phone same as Google Pixel. everybody knows that
I even do not read the review as I knew the review would be very best. I just think that S10 family is not a big step to upgrade from Galaxy S9 family or even Galaxy S8 (not to mention Galaxy Note 8, Note 9 or any flagships of any brands).
I knew they are a rival of iPhone in term of quality, they are not a rival of any Chinese/countries brands. So, whatever people say that other brands is better in term of budget, Samsung do not care too much.
Trebla, 06 Mar 2019Samsung is known for his laggy phone same as Google Pixel. On the contrary, my Note 8 is still much smoother than Pixel 3 XL after years of usages.
Beautiful phone, but why asymmetrical bezel, the chin is big. Not too big but it is slightly bigger than iPhone XS chin. I don't know why Samsung couldn't make the chin slimmer than iPhone X for their own flagship phones, when they are the suppliers of AMOLED displays to apple. if apple can do it why cant Samsung.
Galaxy phones don't really make sense for European users as the Exynos SoC's they use aren't as power efficient as Snapdragon SoC's which is why these phones really only make sense for someone in North America. I'd assume you could squeeze way more SOT out of both the Snapdragon S10 and S10+ if you dropped the screen resolution to 1080P and lowered the brightness a little
such a Poor battery life for $900 flagship.
even other $150 has good battery life.
DJ FROST, 05 Mar 2019bro all of you chinese crap fan are going all over samsung, where ever i read a review you are... moreI am comparing it with the Mi9 because its the only next-gen (855/9820) device (other than this one of course) that was reviewed by GSMarena. I have had a S9+ and love the S10, so I am not really sure what you are talking about. But yeah sure, the Mi 9 is great for €449.
Jordytjes, 05 Mar 2019What is up with the endurance rating on both the S10 and S10+? Even the Mi 9 gets a better 95h... moreMight be because GSMarena got to review the exynos version. The snapdragon version might be more efficient based on its manufacturing process and track record.
Yeah, tell them the Chinese phone users that have their phones lasting beyond a day, and also has better performance.
I just wonder where Samsung got inspiration with their reverse wireless charging feature on their new S10 series.....
I pre-ordered S10 and I'm sure I'll be happy with the jump from my current S7 but I must say that Samsung needs to wake up. Huawei is becoming way more powerful and they start to be the leading company that's innovative and breaks the boundaries like Samsung did couple years ago. If Samsung won't take it serious, with Xiaomi and others that already a problem as their products are getting better and better with the price that anyone can afford, soon there will be no money in Samsung pocket for any innovation anymore as fans will go elsewhere. Wake up Sammy!!
Are the tests run with the snapdragon or exynos variant (e.g battery life) ?
Guys, what is better choice: S10 or Note 9?
As for me most important are:
Camera (usually daily pictures),
Android update support
79h battery? Ugly, asymmetric, punch hole, that eats away 15% of the screen when hidden and all the upper part cant even host the notification bar, at least that...
1000 euros for, for what? For the extra cameras? What if i am not a photographer or Instagram model?
And in Europe we get the exynos which is inferior in battery, gpu and overall performance, but still paying full premium price.
The time has come that a Xiaomi is actually better and the galaxy has the compromises, fair well sammy...
