S5K3L6, S5K4H7YX y S5K4E8But the specs for the S10 family say that the main camera has got a 1/2.55" sensor, while the Xperia 10 specs list a 1/3" sensor on the main camera.
Where is the mistake?

S5K3L6, S5K4H7YX y S5K4E8Xperia 10 uses 13MP 1/3" , which is same specs of the sensor used by XA and E5.
Samsung uses 1/2.55" 12MP.

I do not understand why Sony has given the Xperia 10 the same sensors as the S10 S5K3L6, S5K4H7YX and S5K4E8

I do not know how can ppl feel it is slow.
Mine has 810 and still is pretty fast.

All the three cameras are Isocell.
That is why samples are this awful.
Compare to XA2+ using photo tool downscaled to 12MP.
Shocking. .....
I'd rather pay more to have only Exmor ...
