4000 mah battery, any who complain about battery time must be doing something wrong. Close all running apps! Bottom left corner symbol, click, see all apps windows running, close all. Increase battery time.

Anonymous, 02 Aug 2019Battery will end up early not more than 12 hrs Use built in Optimize widget a few times a day, restart phone daily, clear cache and cookies daily, battery last much longer.

1 month owner A50 6/128. No overheating problem. No lag. Those who say battery time is poor, should look how many apps you have running all the time. My battery time last 1,5 day. Online web most of the day, some fb, some chat app. But, I remember to close them when I'm done.
Fingerprint is my only daily irritation, expect this to be fixed with next updates.
Need more battery? Cheaper and slower Samsung M20 has 5000 mah, and expect another M20 model coming with almost 6000mah.

As of July 27,2019, Samsung (A50) has released it's newest update that has night mode which is so perfect. It captures the scene as what our naked eye can see. Not too dark and not too light. Another is the super slowmo which is so good. I suggest to use it during the day(light) for better video. So, that's a minus 1 for the cons and a plus 1 for the pro's !

Does any get a proximity issue with this phone. When on on calls the backlight comes back on and pressing buttons

Iv only had my A50 for 2 months and today it just switched off won't restart...just went dead...I'm trully disappointed indeed.What a waste.

I used samsung a5 which was much more user friendly its not. Its Ram 4 gb not fast as it should be. Fingerprint sensor is a flop show Oppo is much better in this. Touch seems little slow.

The a50 is a very good phone . Would recommend it a lot .my only negative i feel about the phone is the fingerprint scanner...(maximum only 3 fing frints)
