Why the steps counters are not working since May? Did the last update messed up the gyroscope?

Set is good but some issues are there. Like finger scanner is a bit slow may be due to screen glass protector or may be it's processor is slow. Battery runs for a day of normal usage with 4g... as the phone has big amoled screen may be that's why.

Phone heats up like an iron in no time even without use . Also on calls it gets so hot that you have to move it away from your ear. network issues are predominant. the same sim card I use in my A50, gets full signal in my Nokia 7.1 but NO signal in A50. battery life too is average . Was happy with my Oppo & iphone . made a terrible mistake buying this A50 . Now its with the service center within a couple of weeks to resolve all issues. Once I get it back will sell it off ASAP. First time bought a Samsung never again .

True that the screen has washed out colors and speaker is not top-tier and has nearly no bass but:
A9:
-(A bit) better screen
-Build quality (glass back)
-A fourth camera
-128 GB rom (50 more)
-NFC
A50:
-A REAL infinity screen with %85 ratio and bigger screen
-Closer to real life photos (not over-saturated)
-gher CPU [when they work together (exp: playing games) they give the same performance]
-Bigger and longer lasting battery
-Has Bixby Routines
-Is newer (will get more updates)
-On-screen fingerprint scanner (front>rear)
-User reviews for the camera are better
-has more pixel density
-has less SAR
-cheaper
Well I do miss some important features but.... not like its that bad I have a SD card slot for more space

Having network issues in A50. Frequently turning on and off flight mode and network issue getting resolved. Used OPPO earlier don't have any network issues ..

I sometimes wonder if I made the wrong choice by getting a50 instead of a9. I mean, a9's screen looks better and it has 128 GB rom with a good loud speaker and glass back while a50 has better user review on the samera with higher CPU, an on-screen fingerprint reader and is full screen with more battery and more updates waiting

After th... moreAgree with you 100% ive only had mine a week and its causing me havoc , the display has a horrid blue tint to it similar to the old Pixel 2 XL problem, the Camera for a triple lens setup is absolute trash, my iPhone 5s which is 6 years old takes better photos, video is ok but come on Samsung for 300 dollars your producing a device which is not as good as the Mate 20 Lite which is 100 bucks less.

Im waiting for 3 days. After a claim my item. Now ,when I charge my phone it is so hot at the back. Force me to shut off when charging
