Overheat issue. I played mobile legend 2 round and FPS dropped. So lag when playing games.

Anonymous, 28 Dec 2020I want to buy this phone, is it good?this is a great phone... i have had it since april 2019 and it is really great. it performs just as good with the new oneUI 2.5 update, everything is smooth. i have the 6/64gb version and it can handle heavy tasks without lag and run heavy intense games so its great for gaming and daily use thanks to that exynos 9610, the cameras are also nice if there is sufficient light and u will lose detail in low light but night modes gets some of that detail back and reduce noise, the screen is 1080p AMOLED and is really vibrant and can get bright and i have dropped this phone many times and not even a scratch so its built really well. i highly recommend this phone to anyone who needs a budget phone...

This is my work phone, that my company provided. It will get slow, with gmail, keep, task, workplace working togheter but it is solid and in the end of the will get your job done. With light use the battery will endure 3 days easy, with full use, one day only, but you can recharge it when you go to sleep.

Anonymous, 28 Dec 2020I want to buy this phone, is it good?no it's not good. constant problems and not a single call in or out has been possible. and my service provider can't figure out why. hotspot won't work. wifi will not turn off, camera and talk to text will automatically start up without touching or an accidental voice command. 4k video wont work unless a 3rd party is downloaded. cannot turn permissions off whatsoever. with the 4G ram the phone has a delay with touches. changing over from one app to another takes around 4 and a half seconds before switching over. the cleaner on the phone will not clean trash and the security check wont pass the 1% in its scan. (mind you I've been to all settings to the issues I've explained multiple Times and even set some settings backwards without change. and I bought brand new twice with the same things being the problem with the issues being different. I'm in the sue stages now.

I've had the phone for a few months now and I'm very contented with my purchase. The camera has people commenting on the quality if my Instagram posts. It charges so fast and the battery lasts you almost the whole day. It is also very attractive and gets better with the new updates. I definitely recommend

I purchased a Samsing A50 in August 2019, This sèptember phone not working. When I contact Samsung service cènter that told me that the pc board may be replace. And it cost high amount.

I also have the same heating issue and then phone is switched off for over two days... moreI am also having same issue in phone automatically phone Will be switched off and it's shows that charging but not charged, so i can find any solution to come out of this prblm.
