Been using A30 for a year now but recently been facing problems with the display screen when reciving phone calls..at that time phone doesn’t respond to any touch and user is unable to restart or turn the phone off. After a while phone automatically gets fixed as if nothing happened..
Quite a trouble when you are in the middle of a call and u get stuck n can't do anything

The phone is shit for gaming frezing on all games and cant use screen probably or at all wen its on charge when it heats up. But grate battery grate Camera grate video grate for browsing .. its 64g 4g ram and 128 sd and every 2 weeks its saying memory full and they you got to delete the history logs all the time or phone will not work .... i miss my Samsung A5 on of best phones iv had ... but its put me off Samsung for like thinking of the Motorola e6 play next battery mite not be as good but least i wont have a problem with phone. Or the Huawei phone if i can get one with out they name on photo you take

bought this phone,almost a year ago,and several visits to service center later,still heats up,charging,casting series and videos,using several apps,everything else,works perfectly,but it's a real danger the way it heats up, every now and then,do not buy it.

I was using Samsung A 30 from 4th July 2020.
I experience ine issue :
1) To my surprise few contacts saved by are missing in Contacts list, i dont understand.
2) I have a small and very important suggestion, which may be usegul to Lakhs of Users if it is included / can be done in future software updates :
When we open the contacts
Choose one contact and press (i) the details already feeded by us like his email address, home/off address, birthday etc can be seen.
I suggest that both in home and work address if we can clip /attach / add the google location of his address,
It will be very easier during next time when we would like to visit his work place OR home. (It will not be necessary for us to check in the google maps each and every time.
If an embem / sticker like 'google location' is shown both at his work and home columns, one can just press it and it will show you automatically his / her address location in through google maps.

(I dont know, if this facility is already available - then please forget it, I may not be knowing.
If it is not available, please think of updating Software - if at all possible.

I have had Galaxy A30 for 1 year. I really love my phone for the price. I recieved email today from AT&T informing me that my phone will no longer work on their new network. After a lot of searching I found out that network changes won't be until 2022.
