Van, 09 Aug 2019Im a note 8 user and it is still kickingNote 8 user here.. mine works fine! ... until I turn off battery saver and turn on 4K .. then the battery dies quick! Pre ordered the note 10 plus. The battery alone was a key selling point. Why have such a high spec phone display if the 3300mh battery can’t keep up. Without battery saver, with light use I get 8 hours tops on note 8. That doesn’t even cover my work shift.

Sad to see the 3.5mm earphone jack is removed.
wired custom-made earphone is so much higher sound quality, comfortable for wearing at ear, the noise isolating effect is so much better, than any other types of universal-fit ear phone, and those wireless earphones.
I hope that the headphone jack can be kept on the upcoming S11.
on HiFi equipment, there is no any plan to phase out the earphone phone jack. there must be a connection port for pure analog headphones. Those wireless earphones had built in too many electronic parts into that small space, and there are the batteries too.
I never thought putting on a pair of wave emitting earphones close to the brain is a good idea.
High quality and price music file player is not a replacement to the top phone models. those players lacks the 4G network connection. much inconvenient to connect with web radio, and the Spotify. those makers (for example the ONKYO) does not make the great phone, great screen, and great cameras.
Please keep the top models to equip with the headphone jack. high sound demanding users buy the top phone models. don't go too extreme on phone designs. make some things that people wanted.

They deliberately remove the headphone jack to earn more from their wireless earbuds and Bluetooth headphones.

its amazing samsung .. one thing annoy me greatly is those curved screens basically you cant have a flaship without it... all of them now have this shit... thanks to samsung
now they also took away p2 and they all seems to be planning to take the sd card too ... i will hope samsung fix their mistakes with a90 and i hope they release it fast cause its getting late samsung... this way people like me end up buying something else because of your incompetence...

Strange review. The first page was all about glowing kudos to Samsung, Note and how it's the best thing ever after slice bread. Turn to page 2, and the review opens up slowly to ergonomics and other practical issues with the phone. Turn to page 3, its back to kudos to Samsung and then on the end - its remained inconclusive whether the reviewer really liked the phone or not.

It's without a doubt the best looking phone out there, too bad they shot themselves in the foot by removing the headphone jack.

It's not bad, but Note 9 is waaay much better choice. Practically, it's the same device for around $400 less

Note10 / + is Dead on arrival for me.
Spec wise I would rather get discounted note 9 or s10+ or any other cheaper flagship from other brand.
From a long time note fan, the removal of Headphone jack is a poor joke from samsung.

I do think that's pretty poor, yeah it probably makes economic sense but It would miff me off that I would have to buy another charger in order to obtain full performance. So it's a case off yeah good economics but bad PR that leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.

I don't like one ui. I would like to see the note 10 and note 11, running a android os
I am looking forward to 2nd generation 7nm SoCs and 8nm SoCs, too by the way.

Ahh yes, just picked up my Mavic Pro drone, the fun thing is that the Note 10+ is actually $100 dollars more than my $1000 drone, maybe I should fly to the shop to collect one. Anyway, been waiting for the Note series to return with the wow effects, maybe it's time again. After trying out Huawei, and other brands it's time to return home, Samsung Note 10 + here I come.

Anonymous, 09 Aug 201990hz doesn't help you taking handwriting note 90hz doesn't help you in drawing or sketching ... more120hz display definitely helps me in note taking in ipad pro. Cannot turn it off after getting a hang of it. Note 10 is made for fan boys and fools
