Regardless of whether this phone is 'compact' or not, it is absolutely gorgeous. I'm really considering buying it.

Does the Xperia 5 supports dual apps like Facebook, whats app, Twitter etc and also does the battery get hotter after playing videos on YouTube when it say that due to high temperatures videos can’t be played.

i don't understand why all the newer teelfons are making stupid fixed-focus selfi cameras ... the pictures are disgusting ... only samsung has a 10mp front camera that does great photos ...

XZ2c does not have replacement because they decided to kill the series.
Number of people that look for small phones have decreased.
R&D to create small phone is higher because you need to find way to give it same stuff of big phone. Much harder to create.

They are constantly changing it, and I can say this is the worst one, because it is not clear at all. A few years ago we had the Xperia Z, and Z Premium, after that the XZ, and XZ Premium, not we only have numbers yet we do not really understand what is going on.

as always this is a premium smartphone coming from Sony with the usual hits and misses.

Too late for me; replaced my X Compact (that old) just over a month ago with a Pixel 3a, as there was no indication of a smaller phone coming out from Sony at the time. I also rejected the Galaxy S10e due to the silly location of the thumbprint sensor.
