Love the Community, 10 Sep 2019K20 Pro wins because it still has the integrity to keep the headphone jack.I don't really fancy K20 Pro, but this one I can agree the most! Heck, even Samsung is removing headphone jack for their Note series. I would never embrace Bluetooth tech, already used several numbers of BT earphones and headphones and I am not pleased with the sound quality. Don't make me start mentioning about latency lag.

Future is unpredictable brother.
Anyways, oneplus is gonna lure the customers again promoting device with USB 3.1 Gen 2 and pay youtube reviewers to promote the devices based on it.
Agree on the nokia part though. They tried their best to compete but the marketing strategies of different manufacturers who were using android helped android catch up and cross nokia and isolated them in the market.

Sorry, even my elderly mum can actually see the difference between a phone camera with OIS and without OIS, and she's not even a tech person!
Anonymous, 10 Sep 2019I took you seriously until you said "cast your screen it works like a charm" Nice try though. Thanks, good luck with your OIS and USB 3.1 with desktop mode on android 10 which is not officially announced and not sure if that supports other devices apart from pixel phones this year.
piku, 10 Sep 2019OnePlus Selfies are super bad they are soft and blurry. I know this because I am a OnePlus 6 User. Ufs 3.1 and 2.1 who will mention the major difference and above all the brand value redmi in India is poor man's smartphone and oneplus is executives smartphone

Anonymous, 10 Sep 2019MUI and much lower build quality are reasons to stay away.At first i hate miui with passion, always flashing custom rom as soon as they are available (thx god xiaomi phone can ubl easily) but now i can say i love it, fullscreen gesture, dark mode etc trying to flash some aosp rom and well back to miui again.

No point in fighting with a kid. And you need to be visionary to perceive the concept of Samsung dex like feature. Which obviously mind like yours can't see that. Just like what guys at Nokia symbian era used to be. Stubborn old fools they were.

No USB 3.1(means no des... moreSeriously, you want to use desktop mode of a phone by connecting a USB-C to hdmi and then an actual HDMI to HDMI and then connect mouse/keyboard in bluetooth. For what? Do you think people who buy Samsung devices use dex feature. Nope, i never seen one using, May be someone who cant afford to buy a laptop or a PC. Phones are popular because of their ease of use not to work as a computer or connect it to one. If you really want to use it, cast your screen it works like a charm.
Secondly, What if you want to use a telephoto or a wide-angle photo which people usually do with just a click if they have have the option in phone. How are you gonna do? Move back or forward all the time you want to take a picture? And have you ever tried to take a picture with telephoto lens and have you seen it capture the human subject in the best composition??
This discussion is just as useless as the second lens in oneplus 7.
piku, 10 Sep 2019No,Phone with OIS will take sharper image in low light EIS in low light is wasteFor normal user you wont see the difference. And most of us are normal users. Why pay 500 euros more for something you wont use. Only Xiaomi bring value for the money and still have the basic features. While other brands losing the basic features.
Anonymous, 10 Sep 2019MUI and much lower build quality are reasons to stay away.MUI is perfectly fine and I dont see why other UIs is worth 500 euros more.

No USB 3.1(means no desktop mode on Android 10) and people start to use their phone for Samsung Dex like feature and you feel the needs to upgrade your phone. And maybe next time Xiaomi releasing a phone with OIS even cheaper price then K20 pro and you are feel the urge to upgrade but you can't because you already spend a respectable amount of money on your current phone, which doesn't make sense spening more for only one added thing. This all could have avoided by just spending a little more to a phone that have those things. Even mid range phones like Motorola G7 plus, Nokia 8.1 have OIS. And a upper mid range phone like k20 pro don't have it. Which is not fair.
