I don't see why you have not listed the ASUS ROG 2 as a competitor and alternative. As ROG 2 blows 7T pro out of the water with its specs and huge battery. I mean the 7 pro with 4000Mah capacity doesn't give much battery life due to the 90Hz display. So why there is a 90Hz display on a 3800Mah Capacity phone. People would end up not using it as it uses alot of juice.
Main rival in India will be ROG II
Because of the price 38k
Raky , 26 Sep 2019Nice one, but as subjected, I would rather buy P30pro for that much money or K20Pro for lessThe reason people get OnePlus is for the OS, near stock experience, and also recently for the screen refresh rate. I do not find OnePlus pricing that competitive since they crossed the $500 mark.
Anonymous, 26 Sep 2019I prefer 16:9. But I highly doubt people today would like a tall and wide phone like Z Ult... more16:9 only good if your screen is 5.8" or smaller, otherwise one hand usability is extreme poor unless you have huge hands. Besides media consumption is only part of the whole phone usage, longer, bigger screen benefits more on 2 hand landscape gaming as well, web surfing and usability. One other reason for longer screen is to accommodate the notch as well as physical button of the older generation phone, there are still users who prefer having on screen button than full gesture.
Why is there no mention of the Camera in the Pro's and Con's?
You say the Camera has flaws, yet dont put it in the Cons where it
should be!
Noel, 26 Sep 2019Thumbs up for the 90Hz FLAT screen but not for the 20:9AR. Battery capacity shoulld have been ... moreand thumbs down fot that stupid notch
Except from the processor, everything seems like a downgrade from the
Pro, the telephoto is missing OIS. They should've named it 7 Pro+ like the iPhone 11 Pro MAX. xD
No headphone jack, no IP68, no micro SD, no wireless charging. Why do they even bother? If I wanted a phone with hardly any features then I'd get an iPhone
Anonymous, 26 Sep 2019Finally one plus made an bright OLED like Samsung and Apple.they bought.
more brightness for oled = shorter life
I dont know but it's not that good. I'd wait for the next or buy cheaper devices at the moment.
Thumbs up for the 90Hz FLAT screen but not for the 20:9AR. Battery capacity shoulld have been 4000+mAh even if it meant a slightly thicker phone. The price is okay..hopefully the Camera will be great and battery endurance will hold up well.

Bad battery life
That main camera is pretty disappointing... :-/ It would be nice if some software update could improve the camera performance but I dont think that will happen. Also that 20:9 aspect ration is too big and quite useless.
Tondern, 26 Sep 2019I want a 7T pro with the same specs as the 7 pro just with the S855+ instead. Maybe they'll an... moreI just want a smaller and flat screened Pro with the same bezels as the 7 Pro
Looks great, and at 599 here in the US, I'm in.
I want a 7T pro with the same specs as the 7 pro just with the S855+ instead. Maybe they'll announce it on oct 10 since the 7T is more aimed at the Indian consumers.

@gsmarena you should have paid more attention to your info: oneplus 7 endurance rating is 102 not 107, Huawei p30 Pro has a 4200 mah battery not 4300 mah and DOES NOT have a camera experience comparable with the one on the oneplus 7T (it's miles ahead of op 7T).
Also there are a lot of things that should be on the cons list: battery, camera quality, camera design (I don't understand how that can be noted as a pro, and also the display format...common 20:9 tall and narrow is ugly (am looking at you Xperia 1 and 5)
