Huh lag on PUBG? That processor is more or less SD 636 and I've been using Asus ZMP M1 to play with no lag whatsoever. Weak Gpu perhaps or lack of optimization?

Where are the oversharpening haloes? I viewed the photos at 100% and don't see them. Even if they are present, they are very very minor. Did you look at the photos? And I won't count corner softness as due to noise reduction. It is because the lens is not that good.

Why hate the plastic bro In any kind of phone, regardless of branding, the ones with at least metal frame should be better than full plastic build. Any phone with metallic frame with similar price to this phone should be better in heat dissipation. Samsung already has the upper-hand, they produce the AMOLED, camera modules, SoC, even the DRAM and storage NAND. They've already made huge discount on those but they couldn't even make the phone's frame to metal. They could do it, (remember the J-series?) but they don't, mainly because they prefer more profit (well who doesn't?). This phone is excellent only if you disregard all of the competition.

mi 9t from xiaomi is still far better than this. with same price. Shame Samsung.

i was going to buy the A50 tomorrow but since this supposedly "updated" version of it sucks big time, i think i am gonna spend a little more and get the MI9lite

This is not a bad phone, but definitely not worth 200 euros

Can play PUBG at HDR lag-free if you optimise the phone correctly.
But since y'all want everything spoonfed to you and cant even lift yo finger and tap 5 buttons so you cant optimise your phone. Sad.
