Anonymous, 06 Nov 2019I'm surprised by gsmarena's opinion on its video. Didn't dxomark rate it as the best mobile ph... moreSamsung and Xiaomi put 4K as default to earn higher video score.
While other are tested in 1080p30.
So they a midrange that is better than their flagship?
LOL .....
95hr endurance rating wtf ?
Phone from Sony or Samsung with this battery size would mark 120h or more.
95h is ridiculous.
Regarding Xiaomi's 3.8x cam: Google's Pixel 4 actually has a 16 megapixel 1.6x camera. You can't use it at 1.6x though, only at 1.85x. At 2x the Pixel 4 actually just has 10.5 megapixels upscaled to 12 megapixels.
Try mimicking medium format sensor 108mp into a mobile phone? As i look through the sample, cool, on pixel-binned 27mp can pixel peep like my mirrorless does. But the quality is nowhere at the flagship level, maybe upper midrange quality at its best.
Seriously, if they maintain the 1/1.33" sensor size with lower down 64mp, pixel-binned to 16mp, artifacts processing will be much lesser. 2mp macro lens should not exist. Super macro at 2.5cm distance using Ultra Wide Angle lens with higher res are the way to go (Mate 20, P30, Oneplus 7)
But when u look at the price, everythings seems more than enough given the rest of the specs. These will sells a lot.
Battery endurance is way less for a 5200mAh battery
mi 9t with 4000mAh battery and similar screen and processor did more than 100 hours
Anders, 06 Nov 2019Endurance rating of 95hrs is pretty disappointing considering the massive battery. Significant... moreHeck, the ZTE nubia Z20 can achieve 100 hours battery endurance rating, and that has a much smaller battery and two AMOLED screen.
I literally have no idea if GSMArena was rushing with the photo samples, but my God the 27MP photos look terrible when I viewed it on my 23.8" FHD PC monitor and also my 55" 4K TV. Like... seriously, Xiaomi?
This phone just shows how insanely good value the Mi 9T Pro is.. dont buy the hype.. the Note 10 Pro is not worth more than 200 Euro more for a sd 730g device with mediocre battery life (compared), and fake 5x "optical zoom"
For a big 5000+Mah battery, 60Hz only screen and one of the most efficient SoCs around, the battery life is a joke.
Maybe that's actually a review of the Note 10 Pro? Physical focal length as well as f-number are slightly different than the CC9 Pro version. The exif data of the CC9 Pro says f/1.69 whereas here the exif data says f/1.65. Focal length is different, too , this means that this is a different lens.
I'm surprised by gsmarena's opinion on its video. Didn't dxomark rate it as the best mobile phone camera for video recording?
Huawei's 135mm camera shows more details. That's not extremely surprising as Huawei has 6.9 effective megapixels at 135mm (Huawei crops the 125mm camera in auto mode) whereas Xiaomi only has 3.7 effective megapixels at 135mm. Though Xiaomi's lens is very sharp, which wasn't the case with Oppo's Reno.
Ismail, 06 Nov 2019Phone should be little slimThan check mi 9 which was launched before p30 pro
I was expecting the battery life to sky rocket on almost all phones reviewed especially that the SD730 is a efficient chip.
But there is one thing I got curious about, how do you even modify the portrait's blur? I never knew how to do that.
Marco M, 06 Nov 2019Except P30 pro doesn't come in this color and has a different camera setup. . . Most phones... morelol , Man you are amazing .
Only 1232 hours web browsing with such a huge battery and only on a 102.8 cm2 screen, NAY!
Endurance rating of 95hrs is pretty disappointing considering the massive battery. Significantly worse than what the Mi 9 Lite/CC9 got with a much smaller battery in comparison.
Also if they're not going to have micro SD it would've been nice if they had a 256GB storage option, like they did with the Chinese version.
Megapixels aren't everything, I'm disappointed overall.
400 euros is a lot for what it is. You can get a ZenFone 6 for that with better battery life, micro SD support and a Snapdragon 855
