About the missing notification LED light:

I want to thank the gsmarena team for pointing it out multiple times in the review and in the final section. Before the review I was afraid they would try to sweep it under the rug or make it sound harmless, but in gsmarena we trust! :)

I hope people boycott the Redmi Note 8T and don't support this anti-consumer behaviour by Xiaomi for DOWNGRADING the more expensive version of the normal Redmi Note 8.

Bad thing which is this xiaomi is using google apps like message, contact & dailer etc.. while these stock apps of xiaomi were very very best 👍 but.??????

makes no sense to downgrade performance, why? it should be faster not slower....

Same with Redmi note 8 only NFC and 18 watt charger is the difference.

Great phone but performance downgrade against Note 7 and Android 9 when 10 is out for months make this less appealing

Why is the Bluetooth a downgrade? This model has 4.2 whereas even the Redmi note 5 pro series has 5.0
