Worst cell phone one can buy, had to be repaired two times in two years .
All of a sudden stuck @ Samsung logo and diagnosed as motherboard issue.
Replaced the charging port once ,more strange is with every software update you will face one or the other problem.
Total waste of money.

Hardware issue caused screen frozen and then it had to restart and was stuck on Samsung logo. My data cannot be saved and the phone needed new Motherboard so was a total lost.

I bought samsung A51 on july 2019. Now it has a motherboard issue. Its getting over heated and shutting down. After that i have to wait more than 3 days to on my phone. This is a manufacturer fault. But those problems comes after ends of warranty. I'm really disappointed about samsung A series. 😪😪😪😪.

Mine is still rocking well on 2022 , after I did the update to 4.1 ui ,the A51 still rocks some new features although the update promise antispy features but mine does not have after I did it

I had the same exact problem. I replaced the screen but now having real problems typing. working me like a dog have to double tap endlessly to get responses. My J8 was much smoother than this

I bought this phone oct 2020. This phone have very bad performance. Lagging alot. My realme 3 pro has better performance compare to this phone ( I bought this phone 2 years prior). Last week this phone stop working without any reason. Very bad phone. This make me lost respect toward samsung product.

After 9 months my display had gone bad. Every day it gets worst. Had to to resort back to my J8 phone, waiting on a new replacement screen which from a repair shop cost as must as the phone, so had to order one. This the first phone I have ever had a problem with.
