I bought Samsung Galaxy A51 in Feb.2021. and now the phone is dead nothing is working. I am so not happy. The place where I bought it from says it is not covered by warranty.

Now Phone shows free space only 34... moreTry to clear cache manually by going to Settings > Apps > Apps that you mostly use (especially Chrome, Gallery and Youtube) > Clear Cache. You shoukd do this regularly like once a week.

calgul, 02 Feb 2021My a51 battery is not holding charge for long, I have to keep charging it several times a day.... more I use my A51 phone a lot.... no charging issues, long battery life. Brilliant phone for the price

The issue is simply that I bought, Samsung A51 and after a year and three months, I found the mobile phone with a problem with this model, which is a serious defect in the motherboard that makes the mobile reboot, and so on, it came to repeating this process for more than half an hour. I lost confidence in Samsung devices, the company, and agents inside Egypt. Advice: Never buy A-class Samsung devices

I want to buy this product but the problem I got with samsung phone products is that they heat up easily(the battery). I was looking for a mention towards that, I couldn't find one though. Has anyone came across the same problem?

Compared with an A50 or even an A7 2018 the A51 is a lacklustre phone, inferior in everything. Never mind the numbers, I own all three and the A51 is by far the worse.

I have to charge it at least 3-4 times a day lately and it's getting hot. I need an upgrade so I'm leasing the a51 and it should be here in a couple days. Once I use it for about a week I'll let ya know how I feel about the a51

Prob with our unit, it keeps on disconnecting with our wifi. All the other gadgets are doing fine, while A51 was left disconnected.

I normally do not post about things of this nature, but today I can't stand it anymore. The A51 I have is the WORST phone I have ever owned hands down. I'm having to hold it in a weird way just to type on the screen right now because the screen is so wide it thinks my fingers are trying to select items and side menus. If I pick the phone up while watching a movie the whole thing goes crazy thinking I'm tring to touch a bunch of things on the screen. I need a spatula to pick this stupid thing up!!! It's the worst phone ever!!!

I use it for work and personal. All expenses are paid, so why not? But the phone is a mess. Sometimes I need to charge it 2x a day. It is not a work phone, and just like you said, it consumes battery, more than Homer eats donuts... dont buy it, if you need to use on a regular base. Better spent more in something good. Stay away from this junk.
