My a51 battery is not holding charge for long, I have to keep charging it several times a day. And sometimes the phone is very slow.

I have a Samsung A51 on a contract for 24months. I've had it for 7 months and constantly have to ring telstra because when I'm speaking to someone they can't hear me , they only hear half a word then nothing. I hear them clearly. I have plenty of signal strength. To fix this constant problem Telstra end up doing something in the exchange and then they get me to go to stettings on my mobile ,then select general management then reset network settings . It works for the next couple of calls for a day or so. Then it happens all over again, my callers can't hear me. Can anyone please advise me what to do? Its obviously a dud phone

If you want budget go for a51 or m21 if you want flagship go for the note 20+ or the s20+ if you want quirky stuff and don't mind spending go for the fold.

Not a good phone!
When got a call most of the times dont show Atten or Reject botton!
Even after 6 GB RAM even default applications take time to open!
Too slow phone, gives tension during using, sensors are also not properly in working!
At all not a good phone, just waste of money!

please add touch sampling rate for all smartphones, cause in my opinion it is more important than refresh rate of the screen when it comes to the speed comparison.
