There no 60fps in A71 and A51. All thsese Qaud ACmera etc are just marketing. No use in real world. The picture quality of 12MP iphone 6s or samsung s8 are way batter than thsese 48 and 64 MP of A51 and A71. Samsung user for long time but really disappointed by these A series phones.
Other drawbacks :

Plastic Frame
No Water Resistant
4k 60fps
1080 60fps
No Full manual control in Camera

In terms of performance and build-quality, Redmi K30-5G ($280) really outclasses this Samsung's plastic mess. With SD765G (Antutu v8: 320000), 5G, and premium build-quality (Glass and aluminum), Redmi K30-5G really puts Samsung to shame. Samsung still doesn't have the manufacturing know-how to produce mid-rangers competently. This is why Samsung is forced to off-loading 60 millions of its midrange phones to ODMs. Galaxy A71 is most likely one of those phones made by an ODM, an unknown tier-3 or Tier-4 phone-makers.

The rest still stand.

The Xiaomi Note8 Pro has extremely few LTE bands, so it's not usable in many countries(if you travel like me, it's a big deal). I also prefer AMOLED with underscreen finger print reader over rear, as I have my phone sitting on my desk at work.
It's all about use case, in this case, I'd take an A71 for my use. If these some of these low cost Chinese brands would add more LTE support, I'd consider them. My backup phone is an Umidigi F1. A phone I bought new for $175 a year ago, with far more bands then most Chinese brands add

Ive noticed this trend that now Xiaomi has started to give more value for money to its customers just like in the past Samsung used to do against Apple. So now Xiaomi=Samsung and Samsung=Apple... How the tables have turned lol
Also Samsung adds a huuuge chunk of cost in their smartphones under the head of marketing and charge that to us as well.... Unlike Xiaomi which depends more of digital and word of mouth only... So thats wy they are able to provide less prices
