After 9 months of usage, I am writing my experience. The phone gets heated up suddenly and the UI hangs. Need to force restart to get back to normal. After Android 11 update, things have gone from bad to worse. In order to keep it somewhat stable, the machine needs rest after every 18 to 20 hours of usage. Forget about continuous usage for 3 to 4 days on end. The battery quickly and you need to carry a power bank constantly. If the wi fi remains for more than 30 mins, the energy juice comes down to 40 percent from 90 percent. This buy has been a total waste.

Worst phone ever. I had issues with this phone in just a span of a month. Wifi issues, videos log on fb and youtube it took some time before it will play. Charger issues (4th month), Some applications din't work properly upon checking with other phone there's no problem with an app.

I have an EU model A71. The battery life is great and games run well on high settings. But I'll definitely recommend a case because the back is a bit slippery. It was a hard choice between this and an S10e but I like the bigger screen and under-display fingerprint scanner.

Elijah , 01 Feb 2021Am glad ve got the Samsung A71. It's a big catch. With a large CPU it doesn't over heat. Good for you. Mine has defective software. I complained to the store. They did not entertained me. THANKS to DTI for meddling my complain. I was helped

Anonymous, 06 Jan 2021A71 or M31? Help pls!A71 . Because of lighter weight ,snapdragon 730 which is way better than the exynos 9611 on the m31 though the m31 has a 6000 mah compared to the 4500 on the a71 the a71 is the overall better perfomer here and you get a faster charging speed at 25 Watts instead of the m31s 15 Watts . But the a71 is a little bit more expensive so do keep that in mind 🙌🙌
