When I make any video call (through messenger, WhatsApp etc.)with my Galaxy M31 the other party hears very low and poor quality sound. Is it a problem with the microphone? What can I do now - can anybody suggest please.

This is worse Mobile. 6000 mah is a blender and waste. Secondly, have a software issue while playing lengthy audio notes in WhatsApp.

I buy samsung galaxy M31 but it doesn't have sticker on camera like my old phone galaxy A20. And its front cam in only 21megapixels. When its specs says its 32megapixels. Im disappointed.

I had My previous data on gallery & alot of an important issues, on my old phone A72018.
Then I decided to take the risk and get a new phone, I bought M31 , but I was an idiot because I can't restore my previous data from My Samsung cloud and that's really depressed me.
Also the new phone doesn't have a secure folder.
Is this normal to buy new cell and loose my data
Also no knox security. Poor quality

Mena , 19 May 2020Which is the best in everything like ( Ram and Camera and battery ) Samsung A 71 or A 51 or M 31. A71 is better in all aspects except the battery. Yes, is good in battery but not great as M31. I wouldn't recommend A51. You can go for M31 or A71....... its your choice. I just gave my opinion. Have a good day buddy.

I tested the max auto brightness. It was around 525 nits, which is sufficient for HDR. That's good.
