The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is absolutely horrible. My Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge was fabulous. Samsung Support has no idea how to fix all the serious flaws with the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G. Samsung support will hang up after repeatedly and unsuccessfully trying to fix all the problems. Avoid this phone at all costs. Mine cost over $1,200 USD, and I am seriously considering getting an iPhone, even though I have always owned a Samsung. Don't get saddled with this wholly defective phone. Trust me. It's a complete nightmare.
Using it since last couple of months, didn't found any problem yet. This phone gave me much more flexible and premium feels than some other flagships I used before. If you not have any problem with big screen then it would be the best phone you got so far. Though I'm not a gaming fan but a heavy user on social network and media. I always use it on 60 Hz with FHD+ and easily get 16/17 hours battery life.
The only problem in this phone is the earphones ..voice quality is not good at all it seems like 100% cheap Chinese shi..bass comper to iPhone very poor really uncomfortable to keep them ..the rest is perfectly fine up to now ..is that so difficult for samsung to makea proper ones to feel comfortable to keep them to enjoy the music??

You'll be amazed with this true story of mine! I am the Chief Executive of a Paper Mill. This is my SECOND S20 ultra purchase! The first one had speaker problems which caused it to lose voice intermittently. I sent it for repairs TWICE, and both times it was returned back to me without repair. I wrote to the President of Samsung Mobiles Pakistan thrice, but I never got a reply! I had so much data (and individual settings) on the phone that I had to buy a new one and switch everything to that- despite the poor autofocus issue. This will be the LAST Samsung phone I will be using. I have purchased hundreds of Samsung mobiles for my office employees and have been using Samsung as my phone since the S2 came along. The S20 ultra and Samsung service in Pakistan has been a horrible experience.
I have taken S20 ultra 5g on 31st May in pandemic time in lockdown but within one month it got complete off during network resetting and it never got on after that,Taking phone of almost 1 lakh and getting complete dead while using is shocking and I was helpless to even delete my data as it was full dead.Now after repeated mail and complaints Samsung is reparing and giving me on 18th August,Imagine what service Samsung is giving to high end Customers,Right now I am using Galaxy Fold and S20 plus .
