Almost all tech sites have given 8/10 or less to this device.
All them point same issues with camera.

Flgshp2020, 29 Feb 2020Didn't you say Sony battery efficiency better than other manufacturers, then Why single out Sa... moreLOL ...

Some people here have illusion that those chinese phones using 40, 50 or 60W charging will be able to keep battery healthy same way they would if they used 15W.

All they can do it to make sure it wont explode like Failure 7, something 3 out of 5 major sellers could not succeed at so far.

As far as Lithium is used, it will still be issue. It is proven already.

Also , if you check the review from Phone Arena, you can see charging time of S20 Ultra is same 60 min for 25W and 45W.

I laugh when I read few brands have amount of ram and charging speed as only priorities. While using midrange screens, mono speaker, no IP rating and design from Samsung/Apple.

The refresh rate is something, but then you lose the audio Jack which is a lot more useful than a higher refresh rate

"The thing is though, the Ultra is quick to throttle even after just one benchmark run and subsequent runs bring those results to less impressive values. It heats up substantially under load too."

Anonymous, 29 Feb 2020Xperia 5 = 3130mAh , 95h S10e = 3100mAh, 83h (smaller screen) Xperia 1 = 3300mAh , 79h ... moreDidn't you say Sony battery efficiency better than other manufacturers, then Why single out Samsung in your stats? Why omit out other manufacturers?
Those weak 3000+ mah batteries from Sony would need to be charged frequently, thereby causing more charge cycles resulting in faster degradation over time.

Chinese flagships way ahead in providing bigger and better batteries with cutting edge improvements in fast charging technology. As I said, Sony simply playing catchup.
You can continue using your 5W charger to prolong it's battery health uptil 2030.

Shanti Dope, 29 Feb 2020120Hz or not, display feels buttery smooth like a true high refresh rate screen. The Motion Bl... moreMotion blur crap designed to give you experience of true high refresh rate display...blah blah blah. All therotical garbage. In real world touch experience is way below par compared to true high refresh rate displays. I know you a Sony brandboy, so stop justifying their decision and demand Sony to unlock the 120hz refresh rate on their phone.

You can live with 10w chargers uptil 2030. I don't care. People want to adopt newer faster tech.Most other users want quick top up. In half and hour, you go from 0 to 64% for 5000mAh battery. Which phone has shown significant battery degradation due to fast charging that had to be replaced within 2 years? Heck phones from 5 years back with fast charging run just fine with minor degradation every year. Replacing batteries is also super cheap 30-40 dollars. most users might need a battery replacement Only after 5 years of heavy usage.

Not gonna argue about screen, S20 simply is the best. And so have the Galaxy S/Note series displays been since their inception.

Literally goes to show you how little the battery numbers don't always reflect the true story!
Now we'll go and wait for the Xperia 1 Mark II to crush this phone with 88h endurance rating despite the higher resolution with nearly the same high refresh rate, as well as a smaller battery in comparison.
Oh, and yes, also WITH 5G sub-6GHz!

Lol wow Samsung... So many fails

Thank god they don't enable 120hz at 1440p. Then the battery life would be 50hrs...

Displaymate claims this OLED is the best they tested and it get a delta e of 2.2?? The LCD on the redmi k30 comes in at 1.0

The daylight photos are ok but the night mode ones have so much noise in the highlights

The Chipsets gets too hot when doing benchmarks

Then there is the fake x1.06 zoom on the S20/s20+ line..

I wonder if techtalktv is gonna post a video on Samsung lying like he always does for Huawei..

But I digress this S20 ultra underperforms like hell

S10e = 3100mAh, 83h (smaller screen)

Xperia 1 = 3300mAh , 79h
S10= 3400, smaller screen of lower resolution , 79h
