So I've had the phone for a month now..
It's a good phone BUT it's always heating up when I'm charging it even especially when I'm not using it and the screen can be a bit not sensitive especially at the edges

I don't know if either of the model will be available by July in your country. But you should search. Mediatek processors are not supposed to last much longer. You may have two years of software update. Hopefully, Xiaomi is getting concerned. But it's not sure that if you will obviously get. Because Xiaomi used to be skeptical about software update in the past.
You may also wait for Xiaomi Mi A4. For day to day, the phone should be enough. Mi A series is based on Android One programme which means that these phones will get two years of software update and three years of security patch update.
