WazzaG, 26 Mar 2020Bet it's still in the hidden developer mode.Yes, the bluetooth service/standards can be changed in the developer menu, but they will always be dependent on the app being used and the receiver of the signal.
Anonymous, 26 Mar 2020It is better testing the speakers. Using earphones, the result will be different . Accord... moreGuys I never mentioned using head phones. Every device converts audio signal over a cable so that what you send from your device to the receiver gets sent as accurately as possible. That is either over a jack or USB or even Bluetooth (but Bluetooth has the aptx standard). Every device can be subjected to response test in how it sends this signal to a receiving end. Sure the speaker test is cool and honestly is useful and glad they added it, but I don't make a purchase based on how loud or accurate the tiny speaker etc sounds. I never expect much from that little speaker anyway.
Anonymous, 26 Mar 20201) Gsmarena already concluded that your headphones will matter a lot over the inbuilt dac insi... moreMy point on the response for audio sent from the phone (Analog to Digital/Digial to Analog) is not to see who sounds better over headphones or not. Of course headphones will make all the difference. Like you mentioned a V60, V50, V40 etc will always have more accurate audio with less noise etc than most other phones. There is a more universal test that can be used that subjects the audio response of every phone in the same way their speaker test does. I am just uncertain why they chose to leave it out.
AnonD-492870, 26 Mar 2020No, I meant Qualcomm charges licensing fees for aptx codec/protocol.Bet it's still in the hidden developer mode.

I don't have any of the same issues that you do. But then again my phone came with new March firmware update already and it has just updated ou itself again.
Still no issues.
WazzaG, 26 Mar 2020Tried activating it via developers menus? I have on mine and my headphones use it.No, I meant Qualcomm charges licensing fees for aptx codec/protocol.
I bought this s20+ by impression it would be solid than note 10+ but I was wrong ::
1) Even it s20+ with 4500 MaH battery , its worst battery life
2) Processor/CPU heating too much even using 5 minutes of camera
3) Camera is lagging while snapping
4) If you switch to 120Hz , don't expect more battery life than 4hrs continuous with heating.
5) Even switching to 60Hz I see does not much improve battery life that is also disappointed.
My main complains are heating and worst battery life , else other features are fine.
SAMSUNG this time advertised about camera but not drastic change. Now auto focus became worst ... disappointed on that.

AM Bunny, 26 Mar 2020Hole punch is the future. They will eventually place the camera under the screenUnder the screen camera is okay, but punch hole is ugly.
Samsung if you are reading this can we have a 90Hz screen as well as 120.
That way we can have a middle ground option.
Thanks.

my question is why the main 12mp camera exists?

Chazy, 26 Mar 2020How is Oppo Find X2 pro not on the competition list? According to Gsmarena, the pricing puts the Find X2 pro against the S20 ultra even though the 512gb variant of the Ultra costs 300-400 dollars more .
The Find X2 is competing with S20/S20+ from a price point where the S20 offers way better deal compared to the non pro version of the Find X2.
Well a phone with hole on screen for me is just useless.
I had all this s20 series i tryed out camera's audio, ui, and web but more i tryed the more i got tired of them, and the reason was the hole on the screen and ui theme to much light that felt like is lady stuff, no dark mode for man...white rext and black bacground.
How is Oppo Find X2 pro not on the competition list?
