I'll never... moreDon't know why, I've had their mid range phone the TCL Plex which was released in October last year and it's been running smoothly for the past few months, I love it and I got a great deal for the price. The TCL Plex is almost exact with the TCL 10L and 10 Pro, however the 10 Pro has a bigger battery, higher resolution camera, and an AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display rather than an LCD which both the 10L and Plex have, the 10L has a higher resolution camera and a slighter bigger battery

I've bought one of their Smart TVs for 600+ euros.... the biggest trash i've tried! I'll never touch any TCL device.. i could bet 10 euros that the smartphone is the same trash as their TVs...

Would never buy TCL again. Had TCL Android TV, only problems, NEVER EVER got any feedback from TCL customer support Europe. Multiple mails, never any answer. They don't care about their customers. So I'm done with TCL.

I bought a 14 inch for closer to 100 three years ago, you can buy laptops starting at less then $100. Compare it to what you can still buy from last year?
