ThereÂ’s already phone like you describing, itÂ’s iPhone X, Xs and Pro. No need to do another one. This SE is how it is because thereÂ’s still big market for phone like this. Sales are already proving it, this SE is selling really well and most funny part is how many Android users are switching.

People these days just blindly look at screen size and throw a hissy fit not taking into account physical dimensions of the phone.

Even they decrease the bezel to 25% i would give it a pass . But 65% screen ratio in 2020 is too much . Even the cheapest redmi that cost $100 has smaller bezel

I remmember when I bought HTC One X (4,7) after HTC Dezire Z (3,7) and I was thinking what a big phone it is! Then I had also Nexus 4 (LG - 4,7) and it was one of the greatest phone from construction point of view. 4,7 is enough for daily bussiness (even with 320ppi :))
It would be dream phone with 4,7-5" FHD display with small/no bezzels and not curved, SD865 and 8/256GB RAM/storrage, put some better dual camera and make it global (with more nettworks, make it dual/trio SIM and it would be best manager phone in world ...

Dominique, 06 May 2020Sorry but you should compare it with S20 Ultra or Pixel 4XL as their prices and specs suggest. And i also can assume that you don't have an iPhone but you also don't have a new flagship. Correct me if wrong, and please don't lie saying you have a samsung s20 ultra, cuz by the sounds of it, you don't. Id like to hear what phone you have if you don't mind, so i can get my point across.
Dominique, 06 May 2020Sorry but you should compare it with S20 Ultra or Pixel 4XL as their prices and specs suggest.Like I said it doesn't matter what phone the android is, the apps always turn out worse then the iOS ones, it is the same version of the app on every android so it doesn't matter what phone it is. Plus i'm not talking about the speed of apps, im talking about the stability of the apps not, speed for gods sake. Please understand what i'm trying to say, just because it's a samsung s20 rather than a s10e, the apps i talked about have the exact same software problems. Case closed.

See how that works?
No one wants tiny 4.7" screen after getting accustomed to 6.5 inch screen size.
Only fruit logo brand boys be buying this blindly.
I bet if Apple sh*ts in your mouth, you'd call it yummy!

There’s still big market for phone with smaller screen and lot of people are perfectly fine with smaller sceeen. I personally never felt that my 6s screen was too small. I liked how effortless it was to use with one hand. Later Apple ”forced” me to buy bigger phone. The screen isn’t that much bigger with my 11pro than 6s, it’s just longer.
Why it’s so difficult for Android users to understand that not everyone prefer same things? I could easily go back to SE size phone if i would get all the same hardware my 11 Pro have.

Had it been between 5.5"-5.8"(which can be easily fit in that form factor), no one would've hated it.
No one would buy SD865 Android device with tiny 4.7" screen since everything from content consumption, gaming, web browsing, even normal texting and typing becomes cumbersome on such a tiny display.
Atleast with battery, you can carry a power bank even though that's inconvenient.
But You can't just increase the screen size on the go.
Bought this phone and it's great. I have two phones and one I need to charge. 3x per day, but it's great.
Night Mode is overrated feature imo. Just get NeuralCam app and you'll make amazing bright and detailed night photos even in near perfect darkness. I was hoping for Night Mode to come to iPhone XR with iOS 13, given it still has neural processing unit, but it didn't. Then I found NeuralCam and I got night mode on XR. So, I'm not really missing anything on it. And Given hardware specs, NeuralCam should also run on SE easily. Same RAM, faster CPU.
