However the SD765 pulls back in the multi core test due to better harmony between the cores by the Snapdragon.

Your logic: "For multicore, the exynos was only 6% slower in geekbench 4.
But in geebench 5 exynos is 15% slower... " Therefore, "...Somehow Geekbench 5's multicore score is LOWERING Exynos score.".
That's a correlation made on a wrong premise.
Your premise was that Geekbench 5 has bigger handicap (in percentage) compared to Geekbench 4's handicap (this is an obvious comparison) and that's already wrong since your observation is based on two sets of disjointed data therefore your conclusion was wrong already.
Samsung just releases a new Exynos without ironing-out it's flaws and your false conclusion can easily be revoked just after one or two major update from Samsung. Custom SoC has slow pacing in development, if you see a manufacturer juggling Snaps together with their "in-house" SoC, stick with Snaps for stability and consistent results, it's just that Exynos just needs more update to be in its prime. OFC, it's up to Samsung if they would iron out their flaws through firmware upgrade, in midrange, I won't expect it to be sooner.

I was simply saying Geekbench 5 somehow provide less score for exynos than it used to provide on Geekbench 4.
For example, S10 exynos had almost 25% lead in single core performance than S10 Qualcomm version. But in Geekbench 5 it came down to 12 percent.
For multicore, the exynos was only 6% slower in geekbench 4.
But in geebench 5 exynos is 15% slower.

Only compare benchmarks within the same benchmark versions. Expand the tests being used by Geekbench and you'll know their differences. Trying to establish correlation on benches that uses different metrics as a whole is just plain wrong in terms of proper benchmarking.

Besides Snapdragon 855 and 865 also showed throttling while sequentially repeating Antutu tests.
Dimensity 800 series on the other hand showed none.

Qualcomm and Samsung have had some wars between them a few times. Samsung has used only Exynos SoC in their flagship too. Also Samsung always gets the Qualcomm SoC first. I think Qualcomm easily can get ready their SoC for January release phone. But they don't/can't do it for Samsung.
But if we talk about history then I must say that USA always got the best.
All phones with a better exynos(better than SD) SoC have been launched in USA(except exynos 8890).
In recent years when Exynos SoCs are performing bad, there is no USA release.
