Because design wise, this is just another boring slab
A supercar wow you both by its design & performance.
And I know that the lights are awesome but it won't turn this phone into something else than another boring slab. Jeez even the bronze accents are gone.
Right now, a superphone would be something like a Galaxy Fold or a Mate Xs.

Can't stress the importance of these during network performance over WiFi as well as cellular networks. This gives uninterrupted network performance even on cellular networks where other phones simply fail to get network service.
Are you guys still going to put this in gaming only or niche category?
- Battery charging might be 30W on paper but punches way above its weight with mammoth 6000mAh battery which tops up more mAh quicker compared to others. Not to forget the various battery care features bundled in.
- Deep customizations of air triggers is super useful while using camera and other things.
True revolutionary stuff. Another feature that is useful for non gamers as well.
- Granular controls over cpu, GPU, screen refresh rate out of the box which is only possible on rooted phones.
- No other phone manufacturer comes even close to the level of extensive range and depth of the ROG Phone accessory ecosystem.
Direct display port output without any accessories is such a mouth watering and useful feature for everyone nor just gamers.
- Camera punching way above its weight as well with great stills irrespective of lighting conditions. Auto mode settings do the job for the user and gives best possible image without requiring user input for low light situations or hdr.
Versatile pro modes for photo/video, Avanced audio features - Mic focus and Wind noise reduction, superb video stabilization without OIS, surprisingly good 8k video.
For everything else there is gcam.
- Various under the hood improvements in speakers, mics, camera, screen, cooling solutions, design, etc. All that beautifully wrapped inside ZenUi which is second only to Oxygen OS.
Everything contributing to a premium experience.
- Can't talk gaming without mentioning RGB.
Total headturner device wherever you go.
Be prepared to get swarmed by people asking you about the phone.

TSi Power, 22 Jul 2020what's the difference between Asus ROG Phone 3 and Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix?Strix uses the vanilla Snapdragon 865 instead of the 865+ and starts at less RAM and storage at base config (still LPDDR5 and UFS 3.1). Homestly, should still be a proper beast.

Should give you a couple of hours more with dark mode in browser. Just few websites give option to go black.
Dark mode of browser does not change anything.
Also , when image is white, oled will spend more power compared to other colours.
Something LCD does not.

If they genuinely didnt care about camera quality, they shouldve use cheaper camera sensor and offer lower price tag. Higher price tag should bring better satisfaction. You are the one who dont understand simple rule.

If they do, they won't release the review as early as you wanted because it's under NDA. The reviewers there manage to toy around the newest phone like MKBHD's "I have been using this x Phone for 2 weeks to a month before reveal" but they will not post it until the company gives a go signal to post it.

Glad I went for the ROG Phone 2 at cheaper price, instead of waiting for the ROG Phone 3. Removing the headphone jack is a deal breaker for me. The only thing I would want from ROG Phone 3 is the better battery life. Other than that, no regrets.

Works on both main and Ultrawide sensor.
ROG 3 won't be any different.
The IMX 686 is a pretty capable sensor.
