My only problem is the low touchscreen sensitivity on some portions, and the below average loudness of its speakers, but everything else works great for me, and I really love its battery endurance. Sure it isn't blazingly fast due to it's focus on energy efficiency (see A55 processor). If your phone keeps crashing and lagging too much, i believe you have to blame the apps you installed; it will significantly slow your phone to have so much running apps in the background, apps such as "antivirus," "ram/memory cleaner," etc... are all notorious in slowing a phone and sucking the juice of your battery, heating it up. You must not install those kinds of apps, and if you have to install a bunch of apps, make sure to toggle them to 'not run in the background,' and also, as your internal memory gets used up, your phone will also slow down, so buy an SD card, just don't fill up your internal memory; save at least 20% of internal storage. In other words, it isn't always the phone that causing it to slow down, usually it the users the causes it. Users must learn how to rake care of their phone.

What are you hoping with A55 energy efficient cores? With small RAM? And eMMC? You pay what you get, if you want fast and reliable phone why not buy secondhand flagship?
Please just be smart, if you buy low end phone that what you get, never in the world low spec phone but faster than flagship, if this happens it means the end of the world

How long does it take to charge the 21s and what charger pin fits it. I got one with the phone and I'm not sure if the pin is in all the way I dont want to force it. It's a larger charger pin then my j8.

I have the phone i recommend the cameras are stunning they are nice and its a good size Its packed with features stylish and very well performing

A21s samsung will follow the update. this smartphone is for top professional user type.

this phone is terrible. I've had it for three years nearly and it has been hell. always crashing, freezing, overheating and everything that could go wrong, goes wrong. even something as simple as putting the keyboard away can slow it down like some sort of crappy blocked toilet flushing with no pressure. this phone is terrible and I don't know why anyone thought it was a good idea.
